I had an amazing experience at this hotel! It was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed at, and I was truly impressed by the attention to detail in every corner. The parking was secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The receptionist was incredibly polite and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Everything about the hotel was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

1. Great location in fairly quiet neighbourhood. 2. Parking lot is big and accommodating, parking is free of charge. 3. The room was clean and had smart home features. 4. Temperature in the room was just right and easy to control. 5. The bad was comfy and clean. 6. Breakfast experience was very solid, with good selection. 7. Staff was polite and explained everything in detail.

1. Mandatory welcome bottle of water was missing. 2. The water in the shower wasn’t hot enough even on the highest setting. 3. Some of the “smart” features in the room were annoying, like smoke detector with flashing strobe light or automatic lights on triggered by movement.

Very nice modern hotel, clean room. everything in the room is electronically controlled, light, air conditioning, curtains. The room has modern furniture and a bathroom. Quality cosmetics and accessories. very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and of high quality. The hotel has its own parking space, there may not be rooms for everyone, but there is parking in the street in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. The hotel is far from the center, but it was not a problem for us because we drove our own car. The whole hotel smells nice.

The hotel itself is wonderful, everything is super clean, comfy, new. Breakfast was great, everything you need for starting fresh in the morning. Free parking is a huge plus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a really good experience, but a slight disappointment with the 'wellness' part of hotel. You have to pay extra 10 euros per person (I thought it was included in the price already), and in the period we stayed, spa wasnt active in full capacity, like one small sauna was working and a massage chair. Not a huge deal breaker, but Hotel should make sure guests are aware of the price and current status of the spa. Other than that, 10+ for cleanliness. :)

Really exceptional place! We were super surprised. Everything seems brand new, clean, smells nice. The girl at the reception was really friendly, helpfull and polite. She reccomended good restaurant for dinner, 2 minutes walking away. They have free private parking on the hotels backyard. There is sauna and a massage chair and small pool in the -1 floor, but we only saw that before we left. Im not sure if the spa was working anyway. Dining place is beautifull, breakfast is good. Rooms are not very big, but they are super comfortable.Compared to any other place we stayed so far, this one was THE BEST, especially compared to the cost with breakfast included. The place is exactly as on the photos, even better. If ever in Timisoara again, we would return for sure.

Hotel Branco is a very small and cute hotel, and we loved how cozy and comfortable it felt. Everything was spotless, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. We had a great night’s rest thanks to the quiet street and the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was just right—simple but satisfying. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll be delighted to find plenty of coffee options throughout the hotel, from the room to breakfast. The staff was wonderful—the girls at the hotel, were so kind and welcoming.

The hotel is quite cute and small. Its new its very clean. The staff is pleasant and the whole experience was very nice. The breakfast is modest in its offer, but all the food is really good. Its really easily approachable when entering the city by car and the hotel offers their private parking so you are set up. Really good recommendation.

Nothing that I didn't like. The only downside of the hotel perhaps is that its a bit far away from the center. But you get there by car quite quickly.

It's clean and nice hotel, in total more like a 3 star, but still a good value for the money. Staff was helpful and very nice which really made our stay more pleasent. It has private parking, but street parking in front of the hotel is also not an issue. Room was excellent, comfortable beds, quality toilletries, excellent shower. Also fancy light, curtains and climate control :) They have a package with extras included which was great for us: 1 parking spot reserved, breakfast, Wifi, early checkin (-2hrs), late checkout (+2hrs). We would book again.

Reserved parking spot from the extras package was not available since the private parking was full, we had to park in the street but the nice receptionist assured us it was ok, and there really was no issues. Breakfast service and refills were slow, lot of time trays were empty, selection on a 2 star hotel level, as already mentioned in the other comments. Air condition was tricky although it's not my first Gewiss Thermo ice interface. It seemed that from time to time they override the room controls with hotel defaults, so your room settings don't have effect.

We only stayed for 1 night, and it was alright. It is new, has private parking, elevator, and they invested in some smart controls such as light and curtains. The room was a bit small, but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The design is modern. Liked that there was a coffee maker, and a well stocked minibar. There was some variety at the breakfast buffet compared to other 4star hotels. The coffee at breakfast was great.

We are people persons, and we felt that the staff was very conservative. Did not feel any connection or friendliness, except for a lady at the breakfast area and a joke and a smile from the cleaning lady. We like to connect with people when visiting places, but it was not the case here. The breakfast was alright, had some extra choices, but could easily be improved by providing warm french toast and not cold one, for the glasses to be more visible (they felt camouflaged 😁🫣). There is no phone signal at breakfast area and missed an important call. The amount paid for the breakfast did not feel worth it. We found some left peanuts on the carpet in the room.
