extremely spacious "rooms" - or should I say apartment! Simple but good quality furnitures; Good room service keeping it clean. We liked the location; but you can walk or take the tramway to go in a few minutes. it's not really central, but there are two very nice breakfast places close by, few restaurants though. Very friendly desk staff.

No permanent staff at the checkin desk - it can be complicated when you really need things if you are unlucky with the timing. Kitchen is nice but dishes/glasses are mostly for 2 only Bathtub water takes long time to warm up.

I took one of the studio apartments, expecting a small room and a bathroom, I didn't really check the pictures in detail, what I got instead was a 50-60 square meter apartment with a living room, bedroom, hallway, kitchen and a bathroom. Bathroom really stands out with a big tub. There were tons of appliances as well, even a washing machine with the hanger. A massive TV in the living room, I think it's 65 inches. Seemingly expensive mattress in the bedroom, I slept great. View of a beautiful church across the street. I mean it was just perfect. But the highlight of it all was when I checked out and left the country, I realized I left something important and valuable behind in my room. I contacted the staff through the app not expecting much, but they actually managed to find it and agreed to hold onto it for me until I returned or to send it to me via DHL. There's no doubt in my mind where I will be staying next time I'm in beautiful Timisoara.

There's really not even a minor flaw I can point out.

Everything! It’s a great location from the train station as you can catch the 1 tram from right outside the station and get off right outside the hotel! Staff is fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The room was so comfortable: excellent bed, coffeemaker with pods, electric kettle, fridge and microwave. Lots of light and great WiFi. And a large grocery store right behind the tram stop across the street. You can also get around the city easily with the tram system. I highly recommend!

The receptionist and all staff were excellent and kind and helpful. Definitely made us very welcome. The big suite was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family stay. The A/C was very welcomed too. Floors are accessible and we managed to store our luggage the last day for an easy stroll around the city before we left.

The reception door is not open so you need to ring the bell or call the number. There doesn’t seem to be much traffic in and out of the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel at the moment (under renovation, expected to open later this year)

A very pleasant surprise immediately upon arrival is the free upgrade from 2 studios to 2 apartments just because they were vacant. Very commendable from Hotel management who obviously cares about impressions of their guests. The building is an old beautiful construction, modernized and in impacable condition. The location is extraordinary with 5-minute walk to downtown center overlooking the beaitifull Iosefine Church. There is a parking lot on the side of the hotel. Payment is easy using application. There is a large supermarket just across the street. The hotel offers breakfast for 7 euros. There is a smoking area in the pleasant garden behind the hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a complete kitchen, large TV, large bathroom. Rooms are bright with large windows with mosquito nets. Everything is ultra clean, the bed mattress is very comfortable, the towels and bed linen fresh so we slept peacefully. The reception staff is ultra professional, very friendly and very helpful. For the next stay in Timisoara, we will definitely stay in the same hotel.

Staying at Hotel Iosefin Residence was one of the most delightful surprises we've ever experienced. They provided us with a larger and more luxurious apartment than the one we initially reserved, and astonishingly, it was offered at the same price. This not only conveyed their commitment to guest comfort but also suggested that their focus extends beyond mere profit. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, meticulously clean and maintained at a high standard. The receptionist was remarkably polite, professional, and ready to assist with any request. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay in Timisoara, conveniently close to the center.

The apartment was beautiful & spacious. The restaurant and staff located on the terrace was very good.

No reception staff when we arrived at 8pm (apparently they dont work after 5pm) despite us telling them we would arrive at 8pm (and check in until 11pm). We weren't the only visitors with this problem either. Then it was very difficult to get hold of anyone despite phoning the number on reception.

room was clean, quiet and enough for our family of 2 small children and tow adults.

The hotel is so beautiful and conform. We have all we needed and for every question or help, there are very kind and nice staff. The location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes from center of the city. The parking is in the street next to hotel and it is free on weekend days, so we don't have that kind of problem. 🙂 When we decide to come again in Timisoara, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay. 🙂

Excellent location. Easy access to public transport. High standard of cleanliness and comfort, if I were to ever return to Timisoara, I wouldn’t think twice about booking again. The staff were very helpful, and the lady at the affiliated cafe provides an excellent breakfast.

A kettle would have made it easier for me to satisfy my tea addiction. Indians like tea.
