The accommodation is a rental building, but everything functions very well, just like in the hotels. Easy check in with codes for the building and the room. The room has already been ready at 1 p.m. which was great. The big parking behind the building. The building and the room are new, modern and cozy. Breakfast is good and it is served on the first floor, where one of the apartments is organized like a dining room. There are two ladies who are taking care of everything regarding the breakfast. Easy communication with the property through the mails and booking messages.

Everything was ok. Maybe just one small thing - the ladies in the dining room are cleaning the table without asking if you are done or you just went for your coffee! :)

The room was clean, the check in was very easy, the building quality was very good. The parking area was excellent, safe, and free of charge. The internet connection was excellent. The location is far away from the old city but the Uber is cheaper than parking there.

The beds were very small and the pillows uncomfortable. There was not even a table or a small piece of furniture to leave our suitcases and we left them down on the floor. The fridge was down on the floor also. The bathroom and the second room were very small.

Very nice hotel with self check-in and private parking. The hotel is brand new, so that's a big plus. Met the owner, who was checking that everything is running smoothly. After a quick chat, we realised that we're both from the same hometown - small world😄 I wish them good luck with the new hotel and I would gladly stay again.

I had a very positive experience. I got the code for the building door and apartment door on time. The place was easy to find and parking was big. Apartment is very clean and modern, with a TV connected to internet, big comfy bed, temperature control, everything that you need for a short stay. Bathroom is excellent as well. Breakfast was really good, there are about 8 tables and a lot of options, as well as coffee. So everything was quite good!

A bit further from the center than expected , but still a pleasant stroll. Also it is connected very well by public transport.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, giving you ample room to stretch out and relax. The trip to Timișoara came right after spending some time in Japan and we couldn't help but notice that the bathroom in our GBU Home apartment was probably not much smaller than your average Japanese hotel room! Our GBU Home apartment was meticulously decorated with contemporary design elements, resulting in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings were all of very high-quality and we noticed a keen attention to detail throughout the apartment and the rest of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed a truly luxurious experience and I'm sure you will too. Oh, and the staff was exemplarily professional and always ready to assist.

Definitely not a negative but we only discovered the excellent shared kitchen/lounge area on 1st floor on our last day. Make sure you check it out sooner rather than later as the coffee there is great.

It was more than an accomodation, it was an experience. The moment you enter the room you feel a very pleasant scent, everything is very clean and neat. There are so many positive aspects, the building is new, the owners pay a lot of attention to details and you can tell that they are commited into providing high quality services.The furniture and accessories are modern and I really liked the fact that there was carpet on the floor, big plus to that. The bed mattress was also super comfy. We were checked-in earlier, the access to the building and room is granted by means of codes that you shall receive once your reservation is confirmed. These are only some of the reasons why this property has such a high score on Booking, it is well worth.

A brand new place, which is nicely decorated and has everything you need. There is lidl next to it and a nice restaurant which our host recommended to us nearby. Very convenient to park your car at the secure parking spot at the property. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

It is a modern, elegant, and clean hotel. Excellent beds, bedsheets, etc. There is a big parking slot behind the hotel. Also, very close to the hotel there is a place to buy something for breakfast. There are few chairs to sit outside, behing the building. We have received via email clear instructions on how to enter (and to check-in) the hotel.

It would have been good to have the chance to take breakfast at the restaurant. It is not a negative point for the hotel, as it was written on booking.com that it is not offered. Also, there is a pity that there is no "human" interation with the staff in the hotel. We would have liked to share our excellent impression about the quality of the hotel.

Everything. The apartment matches the photos, it has AC and everything you need from a hotel. Everything is handy, it makes it a very smooth experience. The best is big, the room size is perfect, even connecting to the WIFI took no longer than 1 second. There are lots of spots for parking and it’s private and free. Very easy check-in.

We found a towel in what we thought it was a wardrobe but it’s only the cover of the heating system. It crossed my mind that the cleaness could be superficial but overall really good experience. Nothing to complain about.
