The location was as expected, relatively near the city center. It's a pleasant 20-minute walk alongside Bega River to the city center. Bonus info: A taxi to the hotel is 3 euros. The room is cozy and has everything you need for a 1-3 days stay. It is an excellent place for people arriving by car.

The room floor was noticeably unclean, which affected the overall impression of the space. It’s a small detail, but one that matters. With just five minutes and a wet mop, the area could have looked significantly better. A quick clean-up would not only improve hygiene but also create a more welcoming environment. Maintaining basic cleanliness shouldn’t be overlooked, especially when it takes minimal time and effort. The sheets and bathroom were ok.

Easy access, easy to find, nice and quiet location. Private outdoor parking. The apartment was big, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Cozy & nice ! We liked it

We informed that we will be doing a late check-in. The code that was sent to us in order to enter the property wasn’t working ! We were lucky we met someone that was staying there, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to enter. Be careful at the check-in hour because you may need assistance

The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. We managed easily, the very entrance to the building is very nicely decorated. It meant a lot to us that check out is at 12 and not earlier like in most apartments. You can check in at any time, which is great when you have a late flight. To the city center you can call an Uber, which is very cheap, 4e to the cathedral.

The only thing we would complain about is that the apartment was cold when we arrived, but we will take into account that we arrived at 4 in the morning. We had air conditioning in the room, but there was no remote for it anywhere :)

I liked how clean the room was, and how easy it was to get in the room as the hotel is basically contactless. The AC was working very well considering we went on a very hot weekend. I would rebook a room here. One thing to consider is the fact that the rooms (at least the ones we got) are not the biggest, but we did not mind that if you have a lot of baggage or like to have a big room, this spot might not be for you.

The parking situation is not great. Yes, there are parking spots in front of the hotel but I got yelled at for parking "on my spot" even if there was no assigned spot. I ended up parking on the side of the road under the nearby bridge. I could not say I felt safe parking there but nothing bad happened either.

The room and the bathroom were really clean. We also noticed that the hallways are cleaned daily, so that’s a great bonus! Walking distance from the city centre, but if you’re not into that, the tram station is really close.

The walls between the rooms are THIN. Really, really thin. We could hear the people next to our room. As I’ve said, the hotel is in the walking distance from the city centre, but it’s in a really odd part of the town, so if you’re a solo female traveler, or in a only-female group, I wouldn’t reccomend walking alone to the hotel at night.

The building was very clean, smelled really nice. Looks new. The building itself is accessible by entering the code on the front door. On the ground floor, there was a Christmas tree, and a sofa and chars to sit onto. We got our keys by opening the boxes with our codes. Our rooms were on the first floor. Very cozy, had everything that you need. Clean towels, clean sheets, wardrobe, mini fridge and really soft bed. Wifi was free of charge. There is also a private parking, free of charge, located in the backyard. It is pretty big, and looks very safe to park your car (there are garage doors, closing at 22.00). I even send a message to the property staff for a information about locking the garage door, and got a code for opening it, if I dont make it till 10p.m.

The room carpet was really dirty. It didn't ruin our stay, but it should be either cleaned, or replaced. I rated 9, instead of 10, because of it. I really dont have anything else to say to a negative point.

Very clean, easy to find, clear access instructions for self-checkin. We didn't meet the host. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Good modern elevator. It looks like the whole building is made for rent, with a lot of lockboxes for apartment keys.

Some squeaky stuff, like the kitchen sink which made some sewer-like sounds. Some loose screws from the lobby clothes hanger and the bathroom latch.

Nice big room, big bed, big bathroom. In walking distance from railway and coach station. Easy self check in and out. Working AC, good wifi, lots of TV channels.

The only thing I could complain would be that, if you stay on the couch is difficult to watch the tv. Also, desk is a little too small to properly work on a laptop (and the stool is not too comfy if used for a long time).

It was very spacious and had good beds, good location, quite and peaceful, kitchen had everything you need

The place was a little bit dirty, just like nobody went inside for some time, it was dusty. There was no warm water, when you try to turn on the heater by the instructions to warm the water, the heating in the entire room turns on.

* The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The glass pannel does not block enough of the water from slashing on the floor, you have to be careful, to minimize it. Additionally, the shower head wall mount support was not working properly, it was wobbly.
