Centrally located, close to a tram stop and in walkable distance to the city centre, many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, snacks and drinks and the breakfast also had a good selection of foods, also for vegetarians. Overall a very modern and stylish hotel with comfortable rooms that had everything I needed, including a mini fridge and hairdryer.

On one of the nights there was some kind of event in the hotel and many people met in the lobby/restaurants. Since my room was on the first floor above it, I could hear them talking and music until way past midnight. So maybe request a room on one of the higher floors. Also important to note, I usually put the Do not disturb sign and don't require new towels for short stays. I didn't put it up for one day and they didn't really make the bed or give me clean glasses. Not a big thing and I didn't specifically request cleaning or new glasses but in case it's important to someone, make sure you ask.

We had rooms "with the view". That means you get the room which looks on the parking. That side of the building is quiet. I thing there is noise from the train on the other side. Room was clean. Bed was large and comfortable. You can choose different types of food for breakfast. Only thing is that, if you want to have more variability of food to choose from, you should come earlier. Parking in the front of the hotel is large. Price for one day is 50 lei, which is 10€. Location of the hotel is good. 10 min walk from the centre of the town. Also, 100 m from the hotel is supermarket.

It would be nice if some of the food could be resupplied when it runs out. However, you can always take something else for breakfast because there is enough choice. People who worked on the front desk were affable, but we could get a little bit more information from them.

The hotel is nicely situated really near the old town, but far enough so it's not a problem to drive there and park. The hotel has a big parking lot and one side of the hotel rooms look at the parking. The internet was working fine and the breakfast was decent.

The driveway to the hotel is a bit strange, and there's really not much view outside - it's just one big parking lot, not really renovated for a long time. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise outside. There's a hospital nearby so lot of sirens and also a club is across the parking lot so the music is laud at night. The breakfast could use more variety and the cleanliness was not that good - the sheets had stains and glasses were not clean. Otherwise it was OK.

The hotel is very well placed near city center and markets (Kaufland, Penny, Mega Image). It takes a few minutes to reach Liberty square or Unity square by foot. It is also near the tram station if needed. The hotel is also a very good advocate for waste reduction and raising awareness of human impact on the environment. Or room was enough for 2 people, was clean, with AC(very important in summer) and we had a view upon the parking area. We also had the breakfast included and it was a varied buffet with delicious dishes.

I did not understand the policy with one towel for 2 people. At the beginning we had 2 big towels, but the next day it remained one. The parking spot is not included into the room's price! It is around 10euros per 24hours.

The staff were very forthcoming concerning any questions I had. The hotel is fairly quiet, well lit, comfortable and well situated. I'm not a driver myself, so I can't speak of the parking, however, the general impression was very positive. Breakfast buffet was a mixed bag, with some dishes being excellent, and others being okay-ish.

The hotel bar service could have been better, the few times I've used it, but it feels that the people working there were overwhelmed by a large number of simultaneous guests, and I've waited a fairly long time to be served

Nice lounge area, very comfortable beds, good facilities, very good breakfast. Enough parking spaces within hotel premises. Very polite staff, ATM in the lounge, Good internet coverage. Great for families and business trips. We are coming back!

Very small water/juice glasses during breakfast. I understand the need for waste management, but this small detail was the only "pain" I had and something I thought it should be better.

Staff was great - helpful, giving info. I needed wake up call, breakfast box, a taxi - all done properly. Location is great - close to city centre and railway station.Bed sheets and towells clean, white.

Not so clean, dusty, bathroom shower stains, 3rd floor hall carpet stains (many) - leaves impression of not caring, used. Elevator was dirty in the evening and had same papers on the floor in the morning

The hotel is modern and quite central. I really liked the lobby and restaurant area in terms of design and usability. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international items. As with pretty much any Ibis I stayed at, the bed was comfortable.

Minor gripes: the AC/ Heating control in the room is quite complicated. Would have appreciated a manual for it. Also, cups for tea are really small. These "issues" would however not stop me from booking again

Located very close to the city center, offering parking (at an extra cost). The rooms are spacious, clean, air conditioned, mini fridge is also available. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were initially given a room where we couldn't close the sliding bathroom door. Upon informing the reception, we got a different room and everything was ok. Breakfast is delicious, offering local products, but also international ones. Very good coffee also.

the price. it is getting more and more expensive, I started somewhere around 60€ / night and lately it has been around 100 or even more. I could get way much better deals, with more quality for 50€ to 60€ in the city. the parking does not belong to the hotel anymore, it is now a private lot, for which you of course have to pay.
