I liked the vicinity of city center and the simplicity of hotel building, it is easy to navigate. Also, I would praise the lady receptionist who welcomed us very kindly (checked in 4pm 30.12.’23.)

I did not like the fact that on Booking it says that the parking is free od charge for hotel’s guests, but in fact it is charged 4€ per day. Also, I felt like the hotel lacks just a bit of maintenance both indoors and outdoors.

The hotel is nice, in a good location. The room was big and confortable.

They need to train their staff better. At the check-in, at 12.30 am, the man at the front desk give me a room wich was occupied, I opened the door and there was someone else there. I went to the front desk and he refused to give me another room until he went to check by himself that the room was occupied and also to check if the new room is free 😊.

We only stayed one night as a transit option. The location is 15-20 min away by walking to the city center, in a good area of the city. While it is next to a big boulevard, we had no problem with the noise (we use earplugs when we sleep so maybe that helped a little). The bed and pillows were good. There is no floor heating, the heating is done via the AC unit of the apartment.

The rooms are a little old, you can see it in some details, such as: the wallpaper is starting cu come off or bubble up, the bathroom has some small spots of mold, the plastics are turning yellow from age.

Good room size, cleanliness was there, location really handy. The night male receptionist who was checking us out (early 3am checkout) although seemed very busy with prep for the next day, took his time and was very professional. Great job!

The receptionist who greeted us did not read one thing of our booking request, i.e 'please add extra blanket, room away from the elevator'. Our room was the exact first room next to the elevator which in the end was not so bad as the hotel was quiet. The lady receptionist was not very professional and keen to even talk to customers (meet, greet, give some information about the hotel, etc.), on contrary she was always somewhere behind leaving the feeling that the hotel reception is unattended which for a 4 star hotel should not be acceptable.

The room was really spacious, so there was no issue to open our two big suitcases. There was a specious and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was very rich and they kept it open for longer than the announced hours, which was nice.

The online check in system where you needed to indicate your data and connect the credit card the day before under the penalty of losing the reservation if you don’t arrive by 4pm. Such email should be sent a bit more in advance, it’s good that I checked my phone well in time. In the end, I didn’t get the room that I booked through this system, so it didn’t provide any added value for me.

Location was okay. There was a gym and enough parking slots. The bathroom and room were spacious.

Some services are out of service at the moment, apparently after the pandemic. I booked 2 rooms with view to the park which were a bit more expensive, but none of the rooms were as expected. One of them was facing to the main street and the window was broken, so it wasn’t possible to fully close it and the other one was facing to the park, but the view was just the roof of the ground floor.

Poorly welcomed when we arrived - we arrived late, around 10pm but it seemed we were disturbing the receptionist, no smile, not friendly or cooperative and took ages to do us the check- in.. too bad as the hotel is a very good one

Staff is really friendly, location is excellent. It was the best deal for the prize. Wasn't busy.

Restaurant was open only in a limited time frame.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and the bathroom large. The breakfast had an assortment of items to choose from, including gluten free cookies. As a celiac, I had no issues with any of my choices of foods. Everything was very clean and if we requested an item it was attended to immediately. The hotel room we had offered a lovely view of the park. Since the weather was good, we borrowed the bicycles from the hotel and rode along the river. We are walkers and enjoyed our walks to the squares, especially since we passed through the parks and strolled along the river.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. I especially liked the bathroom with a huge shower tray. Great breakfast. TV channels in multiple languages like English, German, Hungarian etc. 15 mins walk from the center. It was perfect for business stay.

I didn't spend much time in the room, so didn't bother me, but without a view means there is a bush literally 10 cm's from the window covering the entire view in order to block the noise and light from the road traffic near by (which is the best possible solution and works well), but you might want to consider booking a room with view ;)
