We arrived at the hotel around 23:30, but that was not a problem. The man at the reception was very kind, we completed the formalities very quickly and he even escorted us to our room. The lobby of the hotel, corridors, rooms, everything is perfectly clean, extremely nicely decorated and arranged with a lot of style. The room is very spacious, clean, the double bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast very varied and everything we tried was very tasty. WiFi signal is excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot with about 10 spaces, but you can also leave your car on the street in front of the hotel, where there are plenty of spaces without any charge. The location of the hotel is in a quiet street, so there is no city noise and the center can be reached in a twenty-minute easy walk.

Everything was great, from the moment you enter, nice stuff will welcome you. They are very polite and informative. Food was excellent. Rooms are clean, and for me most important there was no noise. City Centar is close you can reach it on the foot and by the car very fast. Overall everything was great.

Quiet, renovated, spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good location, good value for the room. Parking is available for free in the hotel yard. After an ordeal with accommodation in Timisoara that I had reserved and was not as expected, I had to quickly find a place to stay for the night myself and my daughter. Kardelen greeted us at the hotel (we didn't have a reservation, I just wanted to check before I drive off to another city). She was extremely helpful, nice, and provided exceptional service and answered all my questions not just related to the room, but also for local restaurants, places to go and also places in the vicinity. She assured me about the safety of the hotel (it's actually very peaceful and it's locked for the night with security system in place). Kardelen has excellent command of English and communication with her was pleasant and helpful. Thanks to her being welcoming and creating relaxing and safe atmosphere, I ended up enjoying the stay!

The property is very nice. Inside looks very decorative and baroque style and clean. The outdoor is very nice decorative and nice fountains in backyard. The breakfast was nice and coffee machine was excellent. And location is by kids playground which is awesome for parents and families.

Inside the apartments there is no fridge so we had to drink warmer water in summer time. The location of the hotel is a bit far to downtown, it takes about 25-30 minutes walking.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located close to the city center, about 10-15 minutes walking distance, also tram and busses are available in the area to reach the city center quickly. The hotel has a very good parking place. The location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood. All in all a great place to stay to visit Timisoara or attractions nearby.

The room was very nice, everything is new as pictured, from the parquet to the furniture and the mattress as well. Breakfast is a world-class self-service, buffet breakfast, you have everything that you need.. vegetable, meat, jam, ham, hummus, yogurt, juice, coffee.. The staff is very pleasant and expeditious!

Small bathroom with lack of hooks for towels, hotel did not change foot towel, even though it was wet and left in the bath, indicating that it should be changed. I am sure the staff would have changed it if we had insisted, as they were extremely polite and helpful.

Beautiful small hotel, situated in peaceful part of the city.. Nice room, clean, modern.. Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh.

As i should have known, there is no fridge in the room, at least the smallest one. Problem with tv, reception girl explained to me what to do but didn't work.. A/c in the room definitely has an issue since not blowing cold air so the room gets warm during hot days.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their outstanding service and hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. .
