The facility is secured by video surveillance and secure parking. The room is very clean, equipped and nicely decorated, as well as the entire facility.

Hmm, a few comments to bring perfection to the nest. The first complaint is that when entering the hotel, you can smell a strong smell of some kind of freshener, which personally bothers me. The second complaint is that the accommodation is not marked anywhere with a board inscription, from the outside it does not look even 30 percent how everything is perfectly made inside, and when we arrived we were awaited by the owner, otherwise we would never have found where "complex living" is located.

The accommodation is in a good and very quiet location, within the student campus, about a 15-minute walk from the city center, and a 10-minute walk from the Fabric district and the promenade along the Bega river. In the immediate vicinity, there are several supermarkets open 24/7, a bakery, and several fast-food restaurants. You can easily and quickly reach the Amazonia water park by public transport or car. The apartment owner and hostess are very kind and always available. The apartment is cleaned and towels are changed daily, while bed linens are changed every few days. There is also a shared kitchenette available for all apartments. It would be even better if the refrigerator in the apartment were larger and if there were an additional seating area besides the table with chairs, but this does not change the overall very good impression of the accommodation. Highly recommended.
