AC made too much noise. Parking is 15 EUR per 24h. SPA is only open from 11.00-16.00 on Saturday and Sunday.

The fact that being a client of the hotel I have to pay extra for the parking of my car. Parking price should be part of the room price.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Timișoara, perfectly located right in the city center, just a short walk from Victory Square and all the major attractions. The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with elegant design, and the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. I especially appreciated the quietness, despite the central location. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, both local and international. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers convenient parking options, including an underground garage and an open-air lot with easy access. Overall, Hotel Timișoara is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend it and would gladly return on my next visit to this beautiful city.

Great Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Timișoara, allowing easy access to Victory Square and other key attractions within walking distance. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The reception staff were fantastic, always willing to help with any requests. Their friendliness made the stay much more enjoyable. Comfortable Rooms: While the room wasn't very large, it was well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable space for a short stay

Short Spa Hours on Weekends: The limited spa hours during weekends were disappointing. The spa closed earlier than expected, making it less convenient for evening relaxation after a day out.

The hotel is right on one of the main squares, easy to get to anywhere from here. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfy. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including eggs, prepared multiple different ways, fruit, vegetables, pastries, bread, juice, coffee, tea. I would definitely stay again.

Parking information could be better prior to check in. The parking is marked "Convention Center Parking." I wasn't sure if that was the correct parking, so I parked on the street before going into the hotel. A note in the pre-arrival emails would make that a lot smoother. It worked out for me as I found a close spot to park and parking was free due to a holiday weekend, so I left my car there and did not pay for parking. But driving into a new city late at night, it is better to have clear parking information. I would still stay here again, because it was not a big issue, but just a heads up for whoever is sending out their pre-arrival emails.

Timisoara is a beautiful city with no traffic in the old town, just fabulous open squares with cathedrals, open air restaurants and lots of space, Timisoara Hotel is perfectly placed at the end of one of the squares, opposite the Cathedral and next to the opera house, with easy walks to two other main squares, a multitude of restaurants and bookshops, the river, the University and the tram line. Rooms are ample, well maintained, excellent shower and bathtub, well stocked minibar, decent wifi, kettle, TV looked fine but didn't have time to use it. The spa looked good but no time to try it so hope to return. Very well stocked bar, especially with Scottish single malts. Most people can communicate in English so my poor attempts at Romanian didn't lead to disaster!

The hotel and service is great but lacks those little extra touches that would make it superb e.g. no courtesy bottles of water in the room, no adaptors available for 3pin plugs, no local map or directory or tourist info - there was probably something online to be fair but nothing to hand. The wifi is 'open' so I decided against online banking and other business activity I would have liked to have done.

The hotel has a good location and friendly staff.

The rooms could use some renovation. The furniture and decor feel a bit outdated, and a refresh would improve the overall experience. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more power outlets in the room, as charging multiple devices was a bit challenging. A small waste bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would also be a convenient addition. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some updates, it could be even better.

Location of this hotel is the best thing if you want to be in the city center, as well as the possibility to park into underground garage. Very helpful staff, as well. We didn't visit pool & SPA, so I cannot comment on this.

The small thing that I didn't like were pillows (very soft) and that room temperature you cannot adjust for your own likings (for me it was to hot to sleep), but this is very individual. Anyway, this is our second time in this hotel, meaning that we will be back again.

The location Spa with sauna and the pool. It was very relaxing. Clean rooms. We had a room with nice view. Super comfortable bed.

Personel at the counter might be more customer oriented. I would appreciate to have a spoon in the room. There was a coffee machine but without the tablets that would fit in. There is a note about available microwave on booking.com however it wasn't available in their rooms. The receptionist told me it is a problem of the booking.com not the problem of the hotel. It would help to have a garbage bin in the room not only in the bathroom. The water flow is very slow so it takes a long time to fill up the bath tub.

The hotel is right in the center where the best sights and restaurants are. It’s generally clean and bright. But for me the best part is the spa with the dry and wet sauna and the pool with different water massages. Just take not it’s not really a pool pool for swimming.

The bathroom has some old furnishings. The shower curtain smells a bit and is yellowish at the bottom and needs replacement. The bathtub drain drains slower than the rate the shower fills it up so your feet are submerged in water after your shower.
