The design of the hotel and rooms were spectacular and clean. The food in the restaurant and the cocktails in the bar are diverse. The room light and aircon were automatic. If the parking is occupied you could safely park on the street just next to the hotel. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Beautiful bathroom with well-designed shower.

It is not possible to open the windows in the room. Aircon is set automatically so that most of that you get at midnight or during sleep time. If you try to set up the temp during the day could be a bit cold, especially in the winter. There is not enough space to place your clothes in the wardrobe. Unfortunately, there is no Spa or wellness center. The guys from the bar could be probably more polite and communicative. I called a bar a few times around 10 pm but no one answered, even at that time bar was still open.

Well-designed hotel with a high standard. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Despite the few years since the hotel was opened, there are unfortunately already some signs of wear and tear in the rooms, which could actually be easily and quickly removed if more attention were paid to the details. The staff at breakfast are a little stern, which might scare off people with a ‘morning hangover’... Nevertheless, one of the few exquisite and recommendable accommodations in Timisoara.

Excellent choice for Timisoara. Newly built, extremely modern concept, great design. Delicious meals in the restaurant. Congratulations for the attitude of the staff!

Couldn't have many options to have more light in the bathroom, water pressure very low, couldn't have control for the heating in the room. They say it's ecology, I'd say is economizing energy. And the price is to high as to beeing subject to economizing. Couldn't stop ventilation in the room. Coudn't stop the movement sensors in the room, bedside table lights keep going on and off as you move, constantly! So the wireing has a life of its own.

I liked the hotel overall, the room is modern, well equipped, bathroom is nice, the glass wall with the curtain is a nice touch. Will definitely go back next time we visit Timisoara.

The daily cleaning didn't take place as well as it should have been, sheets were not changed daily, not vacuumed daily, only had shower gel for 1 shower, trash was not taken from the terrace. If this improves, it becomes a perfect hotel :)

The staff were very friendly to both us and our dog. They made us feel at home - recommending some very good wine and giving us some snacks even after the restaurant was closed. The location is a bit farther away from the center of town than we thought, but close enough to walk - and there are tram lines directly outside of the hotel. The rooms have modern lighting fixtures that are smart and we enjoyed using.

We are not fans of carpeted rooms - this is just a preference of ours and is no reflection on the hotel.

Everything is nice and clean, the staff is polite. Breakfast was great, although there is not as much choice and variety od food as in some other 4-star hotels but everything was delicious and enough. Bed is comfortable.

The parking is very small and it happened twice in two days that there was no place so we had to leave the car in the middle. That would not be a problem, but they called from the reception to move the car late in the night when we already went to bed. We also did not like that there was no mattress in the baby cot, only a cover for adults. For such price for a night we expect a baby mattress.

The room is charmingly designed and feels just like home, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and smart tech gadgets that really make life easier. The warm, inviting lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, that we really enjoyed! The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. Plus, the food and service are outstanding – it’s a perfect 10 for even the pickiest guest!

I liked the design of the hotel itself. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. The staff I interacted with was nice and friendly.

- Few parking spaces which were always occupied. - Only one towel and one pair of slippers available in the room although we paid for a double room. - Breakfast was in my opinion too expensive for what it had to offer.

The room was very stylish and had a really cool vibe. The location is also excellent, with a pleasant and quiet 20-minute walk to the city center. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Phenomenal shower!

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the TV signal during our stay. We spoke to reception, and while they tried their best to resolve it, it couldn't be fixed at the time.

Fantastic hotel, was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, everything is digital and can be controlled from the room panels or a tablet they have in each room, unlike many hotels, the AC actually matches the settings you apply. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also pet friendly and the staff has a great attitude towards pets, they were always checking on my dog and brought her a bowl of water whenever we were at the bar/restaurant.

Not too much to dislike to be honest, breakfast was good but could have a few more options to be great and although the restaurant food was great, it was bit pricey, paid 800 Lei for a Lunch for 5.
