Big room, very clean and modern. The breakfast is really good. The hotel has a great placement, in the city centre. The architecture in the lobby is also very nice.

The check-in and check-out hours interval is not great. You check-in at 4PM and check-out at 11AM. This is not fair especially for the parking, considering it is 75 lei and doesn't even cover 20h...

Very central, very clean and unbelievably quiet. Very good coffee in the room also lots of complimentary drinks in the fridge including. Staff very friendly. We ordered room service dinner because we were quite tired. Food was very good. Only they need more improvements on how you bring the food at the room. Needs special room service trolley, food to be covered and the trolley has to stay in the room until we finish to eat and to push out from the room the trolley with dirty plates or leftovers food. The payment can be added to the room bill and we can pay on exit. Unfortunately our food was brought uncovered and we had to take the plates down to the restaurant after we finished because of the smell was in the room . I asked the waitress what to do after we finish and he said just to leave in the room and the lady’s are taking down in the morning. You can’t sleep with dirty plates in the room-bad smell. Improvements: Room service trolley with a clean table cover , covered food and of course tissues-we didn’t had any and we had to use toilet roll-I forgot to mention , this are the missing part- we didn’t take any scoring down because the hotel it’s lovely and our two nights were so lovely. I forgot also to mention the car parking which is perfect and easy to access. Thank you Timisoara Thank you Atlas Hotel. We will come back next year definitely This was second time with you . Staff is more than unpleasant. Its like you are staying at some low quality hostel. They dont have minimum of hospitality and the four of us noticed the same thing. Even other guests I talk to in the elevator felt strange about woman receptionist. I never experienced something like this in luxury hotel. But they didnt ruin my stay there! 😀

Every detail is well thought out. The rooms are nice, exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is really good and there is a variety of meals to choose from.

Don’t rely on the parking availability of the hotel, as the information they give on it is vague and not consistant (the day we arrived it was said the parking would clear out by the morning, coming to the desk in the morning it was said that they are not sure when the parking dan be available). Also, you need to pay around 15€ a day for the parking, so that is also something to be aware of.

Fabulous location. Walkable to city center historic sites, restaurants, shops, etc. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and cheerful. The superior room was well appointed- bed comfortable and very clean. Shower has great water pressure! Mini bar items ( water Pepsi and beer) include as was the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold dishes presented beautifully and delicious. The hotel staff arranged for a car to/ from train station. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel while in Timisoara area.

What a beautiful hotel right in the center of Timisoara. The proximity to all the restaurants and main points of interest was so convenient! The hotel is sparkling clean, modern and has all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the diversity in choices available. We wish we had time to try Restaurant23 for dinner because the menu looked delicious! To ensure you have a parking spot available, we highly recommend you arrive at the time of check-in as the underground parkade has a limited # of spaces available for a nightly cost (75 RON at the time of our stay which is a little bit on the higher end). If you don't end up getting a parking spot in the hotel don't despair, as there's plenty of paid parking available in the surrounding area.

Though this is very minor, the bathroom was very cold because of the marble and there was no heater inside which would have been great especially being there during the winter.

The room is big and seems and all the facilities seem more on the premium side. The hotel is in the city centre which is a very big plus. The breakfast is really good. It has a parking. (Even though it is 75 lei/day i think it is worth it) Also the loby is beautiful.

I think from our experience travelling around Europe and including many hotels in Romania this was so great . From the location to the room everything perfect. We stayed in few hotels in Timisoara including 5stars -central location but this was cool. Big rooms with so many amenities and also the mini bar from the hotel as welcome with free drinks .The beds and mattress very good to sleep and comfortable, linen beds good quality cotton. Bathroom with a big walk in shower and soft touch towels with lovely shower gel.Coffee machine, tea , kettle, cups, glasses , fridge with water, beer and soft fizzy drinks. Also separated bins for recycling and touch buttons. Clean carpet, big tv with HD channels. Since we arrived and from the first steps inside the hotel the smell of clean and fresh we could say this is perfect. We had a car park in the subterranean car park with easy access to reception for not expensive fee, it’s a small car park but we were lucky to have a space . Breakfast it’s nice with everything for everyone. Lovely coffee and very nice staff around to help us . We were so pleased with ml Atlas Hotel Timișoara and we already talked about next year to book again and hopefully to stay at least 2-3 nights and hopefully the restaurant is gone be open (was close for renovations I think)

I don’t think we do have something we don’t like it . Maybe only the car park , if the hotel is busy the car park is very small and were we can park? We do travel by car .

The location is excellent as it is very close to the plazas and many interesting restaurants. The hotel is extremely modern in decor. the buffet breakfast has many choices and was very good. The room was clean, contemporary and had an excellent shower. We would definitely recommend it. The only problem is loading and unloading luggage outside as there is street car line passing there but it is doable and the hotel is worth it.

No gym, a bit noisy in room 106. I can hear the piano music from the lobby in the room.
