This hotel is brand new, rooms, lobby and restaurant are nicely appointed and very clean. Location is slightly out of historic centre but easily walkable (15 minutes easy stroll). Strong and stable WiFi everywhere. Free private parking/garage is secured for all guests, breakfast is tasty, neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Modern and upscale furniture in the lobby and Rituals toiletries give it a nice additional touch. Staff is friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by complimentary coffee "for guests from Serbia" - they made us feel very welcomed and appreciated.

Bathroom is on the small side and also it seems that nice design was more important than practicality, however these are really minor details that could be perhaps improved in the future.

The hotel is brand-new, launched few months ago, and they are still adding features: a sauna and restaurant are on the way to be delivered. It is very clean, rooms have quality appliances. Included in the room price you get free parking, free Wi-Fi, free minibar contents (we had 2 water bottles and a soda).

Our bathroom has a small trash bin that was not opening and there was no trash bin in the room, which would have been useful/needed. The sink in the bathroom was clocking easily. Its design makes it for less efficient bathroom sink I would say).

Very stylish, clean and nice staff. Good location - 8 minute walk from the city centre. Plenty of convenience stores around. Awesome staff - polite and helpful. All very professional and they really take care of their clients. This is my second stay at this hotel and planning to come back.

It is an excellent hotel, the location is great, just a 15 minute walk from the city center (the bust station is also a 2 minute walk), it is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had various options for vegetarians as well. Our room was nice and cozy, we had everything we needed. There is also a parking garage available free off charge.

- Our room was a bit strange, the windows were very small, and located on the lower part of the room, but it didn't really bother us as we just slept there one night. - There is an ambient music in the hallways, but it was too loud, and we could hear it in the room until late at night. Maybe you can turn it down at night :)

We stayed twice at Cosmopolita Boutique Hotel, both for 1 night stays, and both times it was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a nice spot where the surrounding area is quiet, but it's also a short walk or taxi ride to the old town. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the provided beverages in the mini-fridge. We also liked that the tv had modern streaming service apps on it. The staff were also super nice both times we stayed. Always helpful and informative for the various questions we had, and even offering a complimentary welcome cocktail the second time round. Also there's a supermarket across the road which is very convenient for any food/drinks you may need.

Only real complaint is the bathroom. It's a perfectly fine size but the shower design guarantees that you'll have a flooded floor. A lot of hotel bathrooms are like this for some reason, but here it was even worse as there's a wooden step on the edge of the shower area that stops water going into the drain.

The room was very spacious and clean, there was an ironing board with an iron, a free safe, free parking. This is a very cute, cosy hotel, would definitely book again. The breakfast had variety, but it wasn't so warm at about 9 o'clock. The hotel is quite peaceful, the streets are noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary. We couldn't really hear the other guests.

We had two problems, one being that the AC was actually heating instead of cooling. We thought we didn't know how to set it up, but the reception lady also tried, and it continued to heat. We were offered a different, smaller room, but chose to stay. The weather wasn't so warm at night so we could sleep without the AC, and the next day was even colder, so we didn't need it at all. The other small problem we didn't report was the sink in the bathroom, it was kind of clogged, the water ran very slowly.

During our stay at the hotel, we were pleased to find a serene and clean environment that immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. The friendly and professional staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, adding a personal touch to our stay. The hotel's tranquil location allowed us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The quality of the breakfast served was outstanding, offering a delicious start to each day of our stay. One of the standout features of our experience was the modern and stylish decor, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The attention to detail in the furniture and finishing touches truly gave the place a sophisticated and chic ambiance.

The bathroom, in particular, was on the smaller side, making it somewhat challenging to avoid splashing water while using the shower. Additionally, we noticed the absence of a closet, which made it less convenient to store our clothing and personal items during our stay.

The location is very convenient — just a 20-minute walk to Piata Unirii and the city center. You have pretty much everything you need nearby: shops, flower shops, bistros, a bakery, pharmacy, etc. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the city.

- Breakfast was great - Hotel was quiet and clean - Initially we got a room where, after settling in, we realized the lights by the bed and fridge were not working. After reporting this to Camelia at the reception, she immediately looked for solutions and offered as an upgraded room, to make up for the hassle of moving our stuff to another room.
