The communication with the host was great. They provided all the necessary details to do the self checkin / checkout and enter the parking space. They even allowed me to do the checkout one hour later. - The hotel looks brand new - Everything smells great, I don't remember when I last stayed at a hotel and the towels smelled so nice - the room was big and the interior design was great - Smart tv with lots of chanels - they don't offer breakfast, but at the ground floor of the hotel there's a shop where you can buy fresh pastries and coffee in the morning - I will definitely book again next time I am in Timișoara - I have two recoommendations : trash bin in the room would be useful and maybe some extra smaller pillows

From the gecko, this was one of the most modern hotels I've stayed. Once the booking was done, the hotels sends to your smartphone a SMS giving you the link to a web page that has the controls of the hotel and your room. Want to enter the hotel? Click a button on that page on your phone. The doors opens! Want access to underground parking? Same thing! Want to open the door to your room? Same thing! That was ultra convenient. I appreciated many other things. For example, the lights on the hotel corridors lighted up one by one, like in a SF movie. The furniture, the bathroom faucets, the power outlets, everything was made out of quality materials. There were many outlets, but the ones next to the bed (each side of the bed) also had USB-A and USB-C plugs. The name of the hotel was printed on the power outlets. It was embroidered on the sheets, on the towels. The AC was not the normal unit that blows cool air into the room. It was in the walls, which is essential for a cool a quite night sleep on a hot summer day. It is like 15-20 min walking distance from the downtown, which might seem quite a long walk for some, but because most of the walk is next to the Bega river, it's very pleasant. We enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. The bottom line, next time I'll be in Timisoara, I know where I'm going to stay.

The underground garage was easy to access, but it will not have a parking slot for each room, you need to reserve it beforehand. But the good thing is, they are telling you that in the booking confirmation email.

Acces to garrage, building and room made through an app, so everything is very smooth, keyless. There is no contact with staff, except at telephone for cofirmation. They offered to make the check in for us, so everything was very easy when we arrived. The hotel is very modern, new, very clean and comfortable in all the aspects: very big and comfy bed, very good cot for our son, with an extra mattress, insect nets at the windows, good air conditioning and fresh smell everywhere. The hotel is close to the city centre, about 15 mins walk, so very good location. It has a 24h supermarket in the building. Good parking in the building's garage.

The temperature adjustment in the room is hard to control. You can set the temperature, but we couldn't find a way to stop it or change the mode from cooling, so during the night it got a little cold. There was no soap in the dispenser at the sink, and just a small amount at the shower.

The name of the hotel really describes it well! Urban: Proximity of the city center and location where you are surrounded with markets, banks, exchange offices, pharmacies, restaurants everything at your fingertips. Budget: you get way more than you spend in terms of service, hotel cleanliness, organization. Hotel: very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. You can ask for any advice or direction and they will do everything to help you feel like home. Special thanks to receptionists, as she made our life very easy as we were traveling with 4month baby. Definitely we will come back to the same hotel

Nothing to add, everything was great

Good location, nice building, they have a non-stop market next to the hotel. Parking is good. The hotel is very new and new-tech e.g. you can use application to open doors (main entrance, parking, hotel room). The room is really nice and clean, same for the bathroom. Bed is big & comfortable also you have a nice TV.

The only thing which needs some improvement is you have a water heater in the room, but only 2 thin plastic glasses. It would be great to have something for the boiling water to use with.

Nothing to complain about, I have been travelling worldwide but this one was wonderful inside (clean). I will rate the staffs to the max level always available and ready to help their customers 5*. Safe parking spaces and the mini market was right under the property, it’s open till late. People at the surroundings were very friendly.

A very cosy hotel. Well equiped room (we've had a room with balcony). But what we loved the most is the design of the room and hotel, in general. 10+ for the designer. And the staff was super friendly. 20 minutes walking to the city centre. Parking available, which was really important.

Honestly I can say it exceeded my expectations. The best place to get a room in Timisoara. Very modern. The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and too nice for the price range. Great modern features. I will definitely come back. You can't find a better deal at this price range and close to a variety of activities you can do in this area of Timisoara.

Beautiful brand new property with spotless modern rooms in a very good location, close to parks and city centre. Very quiet room with a balcony and a super comfortable bed.
