Everything was fine

Excellent location, very good, cheap and safe parking, good bathroom, satisfying breakfast. The room we got on the 4th floor was fully renovated. These are the strengths of the hotel.

The air-condition was not working, however daytime it was near to 30 celsius, the room was very warm. So we had to leave the window open, but in this way a loud noise came from the street. We could not sleep almost all night. Probably they have not changed yet the heating system to chilling system. The breakfast time is too short, they closed at 10 o’clock, however it was Good Friday, not working day. But even if it is a working day, longer opening hour is standard at a 4 star hotel. Entering in the building there is a strange smell, probably coming from the wellness ? or from the indoor-swimming-pool?

Good refurbished and clean room, friendly staff which was very pleasant. Was also charged at the usual rate which was very good.

Not dislikes but just have some comments and feedback on things that could be improved. There was no bin in the room so had to keep going outside the room. The fridge was located behind the chair, which was a bit inconvenient. As a refurbished room, the hand gel and soap bottled could be the big refillable ones as the small ones must get wasted and are also not sustainable. The mattress protector was not stretched out properly and was really hard to straighten.

Location is great, ypu can walk to the center and basically wherever you want to go you can walk, clean rooms, comfortable, nice beeakfast and lounge at the hotel.

The gym is great, very big and with good machines, but the pool and spa looked better and bigger on the site. The pool is okay, a bit smaller for the number of people in the hotel, with not so warm water (we were there in December so it was a bit problematic🥲). There is only one small sauna, so if you like going to a different type of sauna you wouldn’t be pleased. On the other hand, if you are not looking for big spa, this won’t bother you.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated. Another plus is that although the room didn’t have a balcony, there was a shared balcony at the end of the hallway on our flour ( i assume this was the case for all floors). The inside and outside pools were clean and large enough. The hotel is right in the center of the city. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Parking area seems a bit small, although we found a spot when we arrived. Had to pay extra ( i remember about 24 RON for 24 hours.

Perfect location for exploring beautiful Timisoara,convenient parking,good size rooms. One member of staff who was on check-in was great.

It could use some renovation (caroet in corridor in front of the rooms is damaged on so many places, 2 out of 3 jacuzzi was not in operation and remaining one was occupied for over 30 minutes by same four people,very slippery floor in pool area, no avaliable staff at pool,breakfast could do a bit more prompt service).

Great location. Clean and warm room with the view on the park (7th floor). Polite staff. Nice breakfast.

Spa was overcrowded with people who didn’t seem to be hotel guests. There were no towels for the pool, so we need to use the ones from the room.

Night shift receptionist, not very welcoming and pleasant

Very nice hotel in the city center. We were situated on the 12th floor, but the elevators were quick and always available. Breakfast was very good, continental with a great selection of sweet treats. We loved the spa and the outdoors pool. The gym was also amazing, best hotel gym ever. Also, love the fact that fitness/spa is opening at 7AM.

Just a minor thing. There are no towels in the gym provided for the hotel guests.

The new rooms are stunning and really comfy. Great location for an easy access to the park and city centre. Great fitness centre with required facilities and protein vending.

The old rooms are really tired so we paid extra for a refurbished one. Some little things are unfinished (mirror is not functional) . No complimentary water in the rooms, no hair conditioner. The shower leaks out to the floor (even out of the bathroom) due to wrongly levelled flooring
