Good refurbished and clean room, friendly staff which was very pleasant. Was also charged at the usual rate which was very good.

Not dislikes but just have some comments and feedback on things that could be improved. There was no bin in the room so had to keep going outside the room. The fridge was located behind the chair, which was a bit inconvenient. As a refurbished room, the hand gel and soap bottled could be the big refillable ones as the small ones must get wasted and are also not sustainable. The mattress protector was not stretched out properly and was really hard to straighten.

Excellent location, very good, cheap and safe parking, good bathroom, satisfying breakfast. The room we got on the 4th floor was fully renovated. These are the strengths of the hotel.

The air-condition was not working, however daytime it was near to 30 celsius, the room was very warm. So we had to leave the window open, but in this way a loud noise came from the street. We could not sleep almost all night. Probably they have not changed yet the heating system to chilling system. The breakfast time is too short, they closed at 10 o’clock, however it was Good Friday, not working day. But even if it is a working day, longer opening hour is standard at a 4 star hotel. Entering in the building there is a strange smell, probably coming from the wellness ? or from the indoor-swimming-pool?

Location is great, ypu can walk to the center and basically wherever you want to go you can walk, clean rooms, comfortable, nice beeakfast and lounge at the hotel.

The gym is great, very big and with good machines, but the pool and spa looked better and bigger on the site. The pool is okay, a bit smaller for the number of people in the hotel, with not so warm water (we were there in December so it was a bit problematic🥲). There is only one small sauna, so if you like going to a different type of sauna you wouldn’t be pleased. On the other hand, if you are not looking for big spa, this won’t bother you.

Great location. Clean and warm room with the view on the park (7th floor). Polite staff. Nice breakfast.

Spa was overcrowded with people who didn’t seem to be hotel guests. There were no towels for the pool, so we need to use the ones from the room.

Perfect location for exploring beautiful Timisoara,convenient parking,good size rooms. One member of staff who was on check-in was great.

It could use some renovation (caroet in corridor in front of the rooms is damaged on so many places, 2 out of 3 jacuzzi was not in operation and remaining one was occupied for over 30 minutes by same four people,very slippery floor in pool area, no avaliable staff at pool,breakfast could do a bit more prompt service).

Excellent location, Nice and well equipped hotel, Fitness, pool, Suna, . The room and furniture looks dated but well arranged, clean and comfortable. Good Breakfast.

At reception during check-in - Nobody was at the checkin counter and we had to wait about 10 minutes for somebody to arrive. Also the receptionist was a bit impolite/disrespectful(not rude) which is usually not expected from such a hotel (though the check-in was fairly fast). Nevertheless, we met many other staff during the stay and at check out who were very polite:). There was water leak from the bathroom ceiling which I noticed on the last day (not a big issue).

The hotel is located close to the city center, 10 minutes walk to the main place. Beds are comfortable and big, bathroom also, wifi is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful, the lounge in the first floor is great! They serve great coffee there. Pool and Sauna are available (not used by me). Breakfast is huge with everything you need, also the coffee is very good. There are many great bars and restaurants around.

The direct surrounding of the hotel is maybe not the "nicest", but just to my impression, I just stayed for one night. The parking lot is a bit small for the size of the hotel.

Great location with parking (which is 5€ per day), cozy communist era room with sharm but modernized, swimming pool and overal vibe. Cleaning staff are regular and amenities replaced every day which is great.

Really smelly bathroom from the fan which is connected to the light switch so you can't turn it off, hot tub and jacuzzi in the spa wasn't working during the whole stay.

Location is super, in the heart of Timisoara. Hotel is big, clean. Bathroom is clean, everything is good. All the hotel stuff is professional. Spa is cool, temperature of water is so comfortable and works to 23:00, that was one serious benefit in comparison with other hotels with spa. Breakfast is normal, classic like in many other hotels.

One minus is that a bed and mattress in hotel are not so comfortable and they spray a lot of air freshener every morning while cleaning roma
