Generally lovely hotel. The swimming pool terrace was an added bonus and very welcome. As was the summer garden bar outside. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned every day during stay, and represented very good value for money. Not in the very heart of the city, but handy for FlixBus service drop off, and well connected via 9 tramway (connecting to 2 or 7 to get to cathedral).

The room was very warm (even with the air conditioning on lowest setting, it rarely dipped below 25 deg. C. in the room. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

I have stayed in Best Western Hotels with more ambience but the small swimming pool and jacuzzi were well received in a ambient temperature of +33C°. The staff allowed us to overstay 2 hours on checkout in our air-conditioned room whilst we waited for a train departure.

The breakfast choices were less remarkable than other hotels visited. The waiter in the restaurant was not very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a fruit salad supposedly containing kiwi and banana but the salad served was very semblant of a canned fruit salad without the above mentioned fruits.

Very Comfortable beds. Centra Heating/Cooling that works. Services offered were very good, including washing and drying our clothes. There was a misunderstanding with Breakfast and the staff have resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Will go again even though the advertised pool was rather small. Not really a problem though.

Bigger pool would be better. Not sure why we expected something bigger.

I don’t really have anything bad to say. I stayed for only one night - arrived in the evening and left the next day. I was able to get a late check-out(15:00) without extra charge, as the availability permitted.

The only thing that I did not like was the coffee option in the room, it is instant coffee - but as the hotel has a restaurant and a terrace, it was not actually such an issue.

Very kind and friendly staff, helpful with everything. They helped with additional toiletries I needed and remembered my request. The bar is awesome and they prepare very good cocktails and food.

The twin room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary stuff needed for a one night stay. The staff was polite and helpful. The facilities are modern.

The breakfast for its price could have a bit better quality food served.

The coustomer service and the clean rooms

Some of the foods in the restaurant were not ad fresh like they should have been. I wasted more on the food in the restaurant than the breakfast. The breakfast selections were very enjoyable.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious room. Private free parking right in front of the hotel. Easy access to highway. You need a taxi to get the city center. Excellent for a transit night.

Breakfast very basic.

The hotel is well connected to the city center via transportation. It's cozy, and reception and room service are exceptional. There is a pub and a restaurant nearby, however, it wasn't noisy. I arrived a bit earlier and managed to check in very fast. Also, a late check-out option is available. The room was immaculate and the bed was cozy. Gym and spa are also available by demand. Breakfast comes in many options, with a wide selection of food and drinks.

Beautiful, warm, and clean room and bathroom.

Just stayed one night on New Year's Eve. Nothing to complain about except that was winter and the jacuzzi and swimming pool on the rooftop were closed.
