I really enjoyed the food, if you want to have a great and tasteful dinner definitely you should go to Zet Hotel. Also, for breakfast, you can order a really healthy and good breakfast like avocado toast or poached eggs with salmon. The room was big and clean.

New hotel a bit off the beaten path but because of this very quiet and comfortable. Nice warm finishes and one can feel the touch of designer everywhere. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable bed and general sleeping experience. Friendly and prepared staff.

In the struggle between design and comfort, design won. Light switches, sink, toilet paper holder etc. etc. are very nice but uncomfortable to use. The design lamps in the hall are either mounted crooked or already miss some parts, the coffee table in the room broken. The overall impression is that the designer has tried to create a cosy and high design ambience using cheap copies of the expensive furniture and lighting brands, which is fine ... but needs to be properly maintained in a hotel that aims for the 5 star level. I hope you take it as constructive criticism for improvement;)

We really enjoyed our stay at Zet Hotel. The hotel is brand new and managed by people that really care about you enjoying the time spent with them. The restaurant was excellent with Michelin style food, great taste, awesome presentation and fair prices for the quality. Breakfast was also special because they prepare you eggs benedict (and other brunch like plates) on order and with the same quality as the dinner experience in the restaurant. Location is not in the city center but its easy to get there by bus or car.

Great hotel on a quiet and really nice location. It is outside the city centre, but that is actually what we liked with Zet hotel. The room was nicely furnished, spacious, very clean and with some nice designer’s details. Surrounding, garden, plenty of parking spaces, the restaurant and above all really nice and helpful staff (especially lady at the reception) is a reason for this positive review. What we think could have been better is breakfast - everything was tasty and fresh, but what was missing was a greater possibility of choice. Also, we had a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom - the water was changing from hot to cold almost constantly.

Even when we had last-minute requests, they responded promptly and assisted us in the shortest possible time. The hotel's location is impeccable, offering an elegant and comfortable environment for hosting events or travelers. In particular, I would like to highlight the warm collaboration with Cristina and Roxana. Their dedication and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendly approach were truly outstanding. Over the years, I have collaborated with several venues for various events, but this has undoubtedly been the best partner so far. The professionalism and dedication of their team were remarkable. Additionally, the food was delicious and varied, satisfying all the tastes and preferences of the participants. The rooms were also very comfortable, allowing us to rest well. I warmly recommend this venue!

Sheer level of cleanliness, architectural excellence and quality detail to every aspect of my suite. Absolutely breathtaking!! The staff were par excellence; and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the soya milk I had requested before arrival was already in my mini fridge. Sound proofed walls are a great innovation as I was listening to my Indian music at some volume.

THEY DONT TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS FOR THE TOP MOSR 5 star hotel; costing in excess of £200 per night!! Truly UNBELIEVABLE! I have passed my comments on to Amex as Romania is a MASSIVE OPPORTUNITY for them. Luckily I had taken English pounds in cash; but I can only dread to think what may have happened if I didn’t have the cash. THEY MUST GET THIS RESOLVED OR THEY WILL LOSE THEIR 5 star customers!! Even the duty free shops at Timisoara Airport (part of the European Union) didn’t take Amex cards!!!! I almost fell over when they told me that.

Great hotel and super friendly staff.

The restaurant staff was super professional, attentive and super nice. They worked hard, especially on Valentines evening at dinner but was always kind and smiling. Room is super clean and cozy, very nice and new design, enteriour everywhere.

Our only concern was that the 5 star hotels have spa services but they were not available, not even a massage although it says in the services. Breakfast was just cold, even the eggs.
