Great value for money! Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are nice and look new, and the hotel's location is perfect, it's right in the city centre, everything is within walking distance. They're also working on a restaurant so keen to try that in the future.

Hmm the breakfast could've been better I think. I felt like there's not that many options or they're not really presented in a very appealing way. Some suggestions would be to add more traditional products (traditional meats, etc) and think about options for people with restrictions (keeping lent, vegan, etc).

Newly refurbished hotel, excelent staff, well located within walking distance for main attractions and good restaurants, high quality products for breakfast, quiet and spacious rooms even for 3 adults, free late checkout, good quality sweets all day long, 24/7 high quality coffee or tea at restaurant free of charge. The staff is doing extra mile in explaining the history and offering good tips for restaurants and coffee to drink in the old town.

The air-condition is a bit noise but you could turn off and need to ask for additional shower gel if you are 3 persons. No major thing to be upset.

Pros: -Location is right next to the city center, literally 1 minute walking distance -Modern and new furniture in all the rooms -Clean bathroom -Big comfy bed with lots of space and comfy pillows -We did not have breakfast so cannot say anything about this subject -The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant by procuring additional parking spots for all guests and changing our originally assigned room as it was next to the elevator

Cons: -Second room we received was smaller than the one next to the elevator

The hotel is so wonderfully elegant and clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. From the front desk, to the dining room to the cleaning staff. Nothing but smiles and kindness. They helped with anything we needed, answered all our questions.

Nothing. They were all so kind it was impossible to find fault in anything. If I were forced to find something that wasn't perfect, it would be the bathroom sink faucet, it was elegant but a bit fancy and odd. Let that be the biggest problem anyone has on vacation, right? :)

Excellent breakfast, more chairs and guided choice for tables would help when crowded.

Parking space is currently limited being in the city center and hotel parking was in the middle of a construction place, not very convenient and safe.

Really well located just off the central square, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, was given a room upgrade, receptionist made sure I was up in time for my early flight.

Work on a hotel extension was a bit noisy one night, it was a very hot week and the noisy aircon was ineffectual.

It was a perfect stay, very close to the centre, good breakfast where you find what you need. The hotel is nice, beautiful rooms, everything is clean, personal is always helpfull and friendly. If I come again, I will definitely check this hotel again. See you

Excellent location, good breakfast covering a variety of tastes and options. Room cleaning and toiletry very good.

More personnel to ensure free tables when needed or to redirect people to available tables. Also cleaning breakfast area should be done in a more efficient manner to decrease waiting time. Room noisy from the near building still under construction.

Everything!!! The hotel is perfect and much more beautiful than in the photos!!! Just 1 street for the main square, big and nice room and very good breakfast in the beautiful restaurant... we could't ask for more!

All the staffs were incredibly kind, warm and helpful. The room was very new, clean and pretty. It is located in the best area of Timisoara - only a few minutes away from the beautiful Opera House! Nice breakfast :)
