Great location, very friendly staff. Food was very tasty in the restaurant.

No coffee machine in the room. And mostly in 4 star hotels you have coffee of tea in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel - with the best staff San Marino has to offer! The receptionist that welcomed us upon arrival, Alessandro, felt like a family friend from the first minute and we actually had a tough time leaving after two days because his shift still hadn't started and we weren't able to say goodbye! All the receptionists were so incredibly lovely offering us direction and guidance, speaking to us about life in Italy and San Marino, and hugging our baby girl that got so much attention from everyone. And whilst the staff is the biggest plus of this hotel, that doesn't mean the rest isn't fantastic. The hotel looks really nice and smart, and the room was lovely - with a large and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed their lovely spa - where our 4 month old daughter had her first little swim. Behind the hotel is a little shopping center where you can find a grocery store if you want to stock up on snacks or drinks. Very handy! We honestly couldn't recommend this place enough!

Don't trust Google when looking for it. In our case at least, it brought us to the back of the building so it all looked a little scam-y at first. But when we found the (very obvious) entrance, we knew we were in for a treat :)

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was nice and friendly. As compatriots, we were pleased with the lady from Slovakia who works here - a nice and warm lady. The room was spacious and cozy. It was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect order. We only managed to try the pool from the wellness area, but we enjoyed it in privacy. While swimming, pleasant relaxing music was playing and the colors in the pool changed. Very pleasant relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to come again.

Lovely views from some of the rooms. Hotel is in reopening stage so a few things were not 100% yet. Bathroom was very functional with separate shower and deep bathtub, which is nice.. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable and well set up. Friendly staff and nice welcome in the bar with free appetizers when we arrived early evening.

Disappointed the spa, a main feature of the property is only open in the late afternoon and evening. Soap and shampoo in the shower were empty though nice brand (Argan) when they have it.

The staff were excellent Good quality of food. We were half board and the only real gripe was they had more or less the same every night. The breakfast was the usual European food which was nice. Everywhere was clean and tidy There was a nice sized indoor pool

Excellent location, good quality hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food very good. We had the supper as well as the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The AC and the shower. We only figured out how the AC worked the morning we were leaving. And the shower does not have a complete door so the water runs onto the floor outside of the shower stall

Excellent stay over a weekend in beautiful San Marino! We had a comfortable stay in clean and spacious suite, with modern Italian design. Spa is excellent and staff is very kind and helpful. Various food offered for breakfast, including gluten free options. A welcoming drink was great intro in a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The room was very nice, spacious and the bed was super comfy. We were given a free entrance into spa, great for an evening relaxation.

Although the hotel is nicely renovated, there are some details that feel a bit outdated. All in all, the facilities and quality (e.g. some smudges and tears on the bed sheets) did not feel 4 stars.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the room and we can see that the hotel will get better and better over time. The breakfast was lovely and there was a range of different food. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a lovely stay. The coffee machine was a lovely touch

I appreciate that the property had a 24 hour reception at the Front Desk. I was supposed to check-in before midnight, late at night, but arrived a few hours later than that due to issues that I had with the rental car I was driving. The gentleman staffing the desk when I arrived was professional, patient, and understanding and helped me get to my room as quickly as possible. My time at this property was really brief, but in the little time I had here, I was able to feel the comfort of my bed, enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood, and savor the delightful tastes of a Sammarinese breakfast. The hotel was also a short walk away from the Borgo Maggiore funicular that leads to historic city center of San Marino (the capital city), and had a spacious parking lot in which I was able to park my rental car for free without hassles.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which was not a problem for me, but anyone booking it at this time should take this into account. Also, when I booked the room in Booking.com, my electronic confirmation said that my check-out time would be 11:30 AM, but at the property itself I was told that check-out was 11:00 AM - a small detail, but nonetheless one that gave me less time to enjoy my time at this lovely hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is a wonderful getaway and I had a great time - I only wish I could have stayed longer!
