The staff from the awesome welcome, the smiles, the amazing bartender. We had a question, and she walked us over at the end of the shift to the service desk to ensure all was well. They all just had pins, no name tags, so we called her Priscilla (the AC Marriott is lucky to have you on their team. So was the young lady we called supervisor, and the wonder gentleman that was next to her at check-in. Thank you! The quality, facility, and the vibes were a 10/10. The complementary scents for sleeping that were provided on the exterior of the elevator were such a special touch. We will be back with our family

I usually stay at the S Hotel on most trips to Kingston, but gave the AC hotel a try for an overnight stay. The AC is larger, and facilities seemed more modern. It’s also more expensive. I arrived on a Friday and the lobby and the bar/ restaurant/pool area were crowded. Tourists, locals, kids. Live and loud music was playing that I could also hear from my first floor room. I am older, so I didn’t particularly care for so much activity and noise downstairs. Staff were all wonderful and attentive. Food was average and dining area was open and connected to the lobby. Breakfast was not included. I’d say I prefer the S Hotel. Free breakfast, closed in dining options, nice secluded pool area, nightly entertainment by the roof, etc. more suited for business and older adults.

I like the modernness and cleanliness of the property. I also loved the location

There was not really much to do besides hang out by the bar or pool and there wasn’t anything for kids to do besides the pool , no playground or play area . I found the food to be mediocre at best and it was a bit pricey considering the amount you’re paying to stay at the hotel. I also didn’t like that the toilet is directly in line with the front door so not much privacy of someone comes in the room

The staff were amazing - notably Suelan Ford and the restaurant manager who assisted with an emergency hospital situation. The staff were attentive and kind. The security went above and beyond to ensure we were safe. The gym facilities were amazing and clean. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and tidy. Housekeeping does a wonderful job.

If there was anything to improve on, I would say an additional hot items to be provided for the breakfast.

The size of the rooms were just right for two persons. I appreciated that the queen beds placed in the rooms were queen as advertised The staff were courteous. The ladies at reception were just so delightful. The gym was very aptly outfitted

No toiletries were provided outside of lotion and body wash Housecleaning could have been done earlier-twice we had to vacate the room after 2 pm so that they could be cleaned. There was no indication by any of the service staff that breakfast could've been prepared to order until after several days of my stay.

From start to finish, I can not stress how amazing AC hotel is from the security ,receptionist, and ladies at the breakfast bar. Everyone is just amazing.i can not find one fault. My family loved their stay. I will definitely be back, but I can't forget the staff that was setting up the games on the 23-7-25 . It's just amazing. Thank you, AC hotel

I can find any faults i love every bit of my stay at this hotel

Loved the location and comfort of the room. Hotel staff were accommodating and professional. Quiet rooms. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.

The hotel is new and a happening place so there was a lot of traffic some evenings in the hotel lobby/dining/bar area to the point that it sometimes seemed that staff could not keep track of diners from the hotel and those just liming in the bar. If the hotel could better designate a dining area so that it would not take 2.5 hours to get food service, that would improve the situation for people staying in the hotel in search of a meal. That said, the wait staff is great.

I have used the hotel many times over the last 7 years. Will always return, centre of New Kingston, great for meeting and good gym. Wonderful helpful staff.

We had a noise issue at the pool, I was with my wife, daughter and granddaughter for a pool day. Loud construction next door, went on for a few hours and the manager, made a call and it stopped. Also gifted a fruit platter and bottle of processco, which was a nice touch.

It's a great hotel, particularly for business.

Had a few problems with getting room service delivered. Took over an hour and two phone calls and then my sons steak was delivered in a cardboard box with takeaway cutlery. Felt a bit poor for a $50USD steak!

Modern decor .. warm and friendly staff Food is good … great service ..well thought out Laundry facility .. self service .. great gym area Love the lavender bags .. for sleeping

Hard to think of anything we didn’t like 🤔 There was works going on so the pool area was not comfortable due to drilling ..I think more shade to the terrace would be better
