Conveniently located near the train station, easy access to local restaurants for dinner. There is availability of onsite car park which is useful for us since we drive. Room is clean, quiet and not small.

I am aware when I made the booking that one side of the double bed is against the wall. This is somewhat inconvenient when one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Tens across the board. Fire location, extremely helpful staff, fantastic amenities, they replenished room items every single day, and overall fantastic. I highly recommend this to anybody staying in Tottori, it’s legit a three minute walk from the train/bus stop making it extremely convenient.

Ideal location for a stay that relies on public transport, be it train or buses. All within walking distance. Shopping and romping around the countryside is easy with little chance of getting lost. Food variety is abundant and nearby. Only problem was the freakish weather.

The room was surprisingly big. The step into the bathroom was smaller compared to other hotels, so it's easy to enter and exit the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a little bit smelly in the bathroom. The fan was turned off when I came to the room, but even after I had the fan running 24h/day the smell didn't go away.

It was about a 3-4 mins walk from the station , and was located on the other side of the station from the food stretch. unfortunately the days there was marred by rain .

it was renovating and the external building was covered by scaffolding , hence , there was no view from the window. The room and the bath room was also smaller than the other hotels we were in .

Quite some space in the room, the view from 12th floor was nice. Bathroom is wide and clean + bed was comfy. Also there's coin laundry on 3rd floor which is very convenient

Even in non smoking room, you can sometimes smell tobacco from the air con. Apart from that it was really nice 🙂

Very pleased with our spacious and well furnished room. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit lacking of choice, and the basement breakfast room was a bit dreary. However the hotel was not very busy at the time of our visit which may account for the poor breakfast and breakfast service.

5 minutes walk from the train station. The room was bigger than normal and clean. Hotel does have a restaurant which we did not try.

Hotel was covered in scaffolding including our room on the 8th floor. The staff tried to make us check in our luggage for storage using a qrs code, which didn't work well, when we rushing to get the bus to the dunes.

Right next to the station, it was a relief after a few days of hiking

We had a smoking room but we're non smokers so the smell was a bit triggering and the breakfast could be more tasty.

Location was good. The room is bigger than expected, specially the twin room, the room size is almost three times bigger than normal business hotels. They even accommodated our request to have adjacent rooms for our family.
