Nice garden and very nice pool with clear thermal water... the young personal from restaurant very careful , also Herr Stenitzer.. quiet and pleasant atmosphere with nice old music background.. very clean bathrooms.. good breakfast with many types of excellent bread, and good free coffee...

Some people from staff (ex. Annja - unpolite.. sorry..) the uncovered balcony wet when is raining, hot when is sunny.. no aircon... bad wi-fi in our room - a studio with only one bathroom , an old used sofa and no mosquito nets (few was present there every night..) poor dinner in the first day, but really better after.. very poor list if wines..

Hotel: beautiful hotel, great location, nice design of the rooms, comfortable bed, cozy garden with a beautiful view, quite warm pool area. Standard European breakfast, sufficient choice of food. The city is quiet, there is a large park, a good place to relax with children or retirees. Great restaurant 10 min on foot from the hotel.

The food for dinner is not the most delicious. Unstable Wi-Fi-connection.

We had a great stay at this wonderful Hotel. Staff is very polite, they made us feel like at home. Food was great, hotel interior is like made for us, all the antiquities takes us back through time. Really impressive.

Beds are too soft for my taste, but it didn't mess my sleep. TV in our room need an update

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a beautiful view of the landscape and the spa facilities were nice (pool and sauna). The location is close to the village center and several restaurants (Buschenschank) are within walking distance.

The opening hours of the sauna were unfortunate (from 12:30 till 18:30).

We could not imagine a more beautiful time! Everything was absolutely perfect... The design is stunning, our room looked like taken out of a palace. The meals were outstanding, and the chef made for us a most amazing vegan dinner, although it was not in the menu. All in all it was so much more than we expected to get for the budget, we are looking forward to the next time!

Would be nice to have some door in the shower cabin, because without it flood is unavoidable. The rest is perfect!
