Great staff. 3 pools, 2 are 3 feet deep, one 5 feet deep. They also have a restaurant so you can also order food from them. Free strong wifi connection. We rented a villa, and it comes with a communal fridge, stove, and some kitchenware (thankfully, the other villa was not occupied so we had it all to ourselves. It would have been too crowded if we had to share it.) the place is generally peaceful too

Tons of flies the entire time we were there! And there was a bad smell that comes off every hour or so (maybe from a garbage incinerator?). Dampens the generally fun and calming experience

Fantastic pools...

The water heaters were not working.... so the hot pool wasn't hot, and the shower wasn't hot either, but that was just a tiny inconvenience, as the weather is nice and hot...

Staff. No hot water. Breakfast at the first day took 2 hours and still incomplete

1. Water - most of the time, there's no water coming out of the faucet lavatory, toilet bowl, and shower inside the cabin. 2. Doors - we were about to check out when we found out the electronic lock functionality of the door is not working. 3. Staff - one of the staffs reached out to us just before we head out, she changed the card for room's electricity with another one not working.

Everything in the room didn't work at some point, and the roof didn't keep the rain out.

They allow pets inside the villa

Very dirty.no own toilet and bath.water stops while taking a shower.they use the same bed covers over and over.too many insects.pool has algae!such a waste of money.
