The location is a little off the main road. Breakfast is by the nearby Pancake house. We did not know there was a simple complimentary hotel breakfast in the hotel dining area as well as it was not mentioned when we checked in. The guards at the entrance were very courteous and very attentive, assisting us everytime we enter and left the building, ensuring we had parking and always greeting us.

The reception staff was either new or not very familiar yet. We stayed for 2 nights and paid in full when we arrived. Only to be asked to pay again the following day as they made a mistake of charging only for one night.

The bed is comfortable for us. I did not order any breakfast during the booking so nothing to tell about the breakfast. There is a swimming pool at the ground level so the kids enjoyed this one. S&R is also within walking distance of the hotel so it's a convenience, especially for us with kids. It's also a quiet area and very near NLEX and also near SM Angeles and Robinson's Place Angeles. Sky Ranch Pampanga is also near.

We were expecting a microwave to reheat our packed food but there was none. Fortunately, there is a refrigerator which is already good for storing some of our packed foods and drinks.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They held an umbrella over my wife's head to shade her from the sun as we walked to our car. The hotel also held an Earth Day celebration during which the taff did a traditional Philippine dance and then a movie was shown.

The shower only has a partial divider with no door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The "rain shower" splashed water onto the bathroom floor. There was no standard angled shower head, so it was difficult to rinse your entire body.

Friendly staff. The room is spacious. Beds are queen size. Facilities smells good

The noises at night. We can hear the guests, & the housekeeper's walking and talking too loud inside the room. The giant ice maker near the elevator is too loud at night especially when your room is near the elevator. We had to request to be moved to a different room to get some sleep. Other than that, the hotel is small, but the rooms are spacious.

The showers only have a "rain shower" which is not good for rinsing the lower body. They also only have a partial divider separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, allowing water to splash all over the bathroom floor.

Staff were exceptional, professional and eager to help. The room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the Kingsborough convention centre.

Not many choices for breakfast, bring your own bath soap

Beds were comfortable, the AC's working properly, staff was friendly and attentive. There's also an ice machine on the 2nd flr (not sure where else), which was really convenient.

Water pressure was a bit low during our stay, but that's a minor issue. There's also no breakfast in-house (there's bread and jam, juices, and instant coffee, though), but they'll place an order for you from the nearby Pancake House.

The rooms are big, there are two queen beds per room. There were four of us but still took two rooms. There's an ice maker and water dispenser outside the halls. The aroma around the lobby when you enter is refreshing.

The rooms need some soundproofing to prevent reverb. It's generally quiet until people are talking and walking in the halls or cleaning. There was a problem with the credit card system that it got double swiped and charged but it was addressed properly on the phone even though we were already home.

The staff are very accommodated and they are practicing the Mabuhay Gesture, the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence

I suggest that the hotel will have their own restaurant

The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I think it's 1 of the best hotel in San Fernando Pampanga. I would take my family to stay with them again. My kids live the pool. The room was very comfortable and clean. We felt safe and the location was a easy jeepny ride to SM mall and back. Lastly, my wife was happy staying there.

Nothing it was all good!
