This is a fantastic hotel. The staff at the front desk are not only beautiful and friendly but they are also very efficient at their jobs. The hotel itself sits about a block away from the infamous Walking Street. Close enough even for me to walk there. There are a number of restaurants and bars in walking distance from the hotel. I stayed there 2 weeks. I wish I could have stayed longer. They have a driver to take you to a number of places in the area. Also an ATM machine in the lobby for you to make sure you have plenty of cash on hand before venturing out into the world of beautiful filipinas.

The only thing I can come up with on the negative side. Is maybe the bathroom. It has a curtain around the bathtub. which opens up into the room. So if you forget to close it when you go to the bathroom you are wide open to any of the occupants in the room at the time.

The room was clean and comfortable, WIFI was excellent. It was great value for the money. The staff was very nice and pleasant.

I did not care for the bed and blanket. The bed was too hard and the comforter was ancient, didn't feel comfortable using it. The lighting in the room was very poor. The restaurant on the top floor had food that tasted stale, and the food was not very fresh. I ordered a total of 5 different meals during my stay, and something didnt taste right. The staff was very friendly.

room is a bit basic. not much extras. no microwave or tea coffee facilities. blankets is not warm. bed was ok but super comfortable. small fridge was not really cold.

Pool and bar at the roof deck but there really isn't much nice view. The staff were okay. The place is near SM Clark but is not walking distance - doesn't feel safe to walk the street even if there were nearby bars. The AC was working fine and was cold. The TV had cable but I think didn't have netflix. Wifi was pretty decent and working. There's bidet and toiletries. I loved the tub and the hot + warm bath worked fine. Borrowed flat iron and ironing board, it was delivered right up. There's a mini fridge and toiletries for sale inside the room - even condoms and feminine stuff. Cleanliness of the bathroom - bathroom was clean overall. Bidet and shower heater worked fine. Water pressure of the faucet worked well. Checkin and check out time didn't take too long. The room was bigger than some other hotels in Clark. They accept multiple payment options. Asked for extra pillows and they were provided. Bed was big and comfy. Room service was responsive. The room also had a safe. Live band over the weekend and can have a few drinks at the bar. Overall, it was a good experience. Much recommended to stay here.

The view from the room was an ugly old building across the street. I think the price could be a bit more reasonable but it was okay. Price of the food was quite hefty but there are nearby restaurants where you can order food from via delivery. There's a 1000 PHP deposit but it was okay.

Facility was great, pool area excellent, hot water in shower on demand, laundry cleaned and returned next day, rooms cleaned every day. wifi and a/c always worked, plus used their car service back to Manila and got there in 90 minutes.

Pool area understaffed, employees there worked hard but not easy to keep up with demand. Need a couple more people up there during peak times.

the room and location and services was very satisfying and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The pool area was always very clean and staff attentive to our requirements. The food was always great and tasteful. I have been coming to stay here for years now and its still a fantastic place. They really maintain and the quality of services over the past few years.

There isn't much not to dislike, the location is great and the service is great.

Decent location. Nice pool and patio bar.

Limited amenities. No face or hand towels. No slippers. Everything was extra charge.

Room was spacious and clean. Wi fi worked well and service was excellent. Hotel understands its particular clientele and its needs. Location was great right next to walking street.

A big reason I booked this hotel besides location was fitness center and it wasn’t available. Really a bummer. Besides that wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Only two big pillows on the bed. It is a beautiful room but only two pillows make it look like a budget room. The bed is not the most comfortable when it comes to softness but it is a big bed and have a nice blanket
