The bed the separate bath and toilet.

There is no available extra blanket. There was only thin flat sheets on top. No cable channels on tv (family)

The hotel has a great location with nearby restaurants. The staff was nice and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Wifi did not work well during the days I checked in. There is poor cellular /data signal from my room, hence it was a bit difficult to call surf or book a delivery. Parking is okay but since the building is being shared with a bank, you have to move your vehicle if its on a weekday morning.

Nothing. Everything seems good

The staff was friendly and the room was big.

The instruction sent in the email was confusing. They told us that our check in time was 2pm even though we had the day room booked which was supposed to be at 9am-5pm. Luckily, we went there earlier than our check in time to see if we can check in already. Also, the TV was not working properly.

Location was perfect for us.

Shower portlets were partially working adjustment knob were only two dials - one hot and one cold, nothing in between like lukewarm to take a shower. If you were put on the North side wing facing the road/street, it's too loud!

No breakfast offered and the bathroom doesn't have any complementary soap or shampoo. The worst part is the shower is not working. The wifi is not that strong

The hotel is close to our event area, which is a plus.

Very weak wifi and useless internet - and our room is near the router. The reception of the TV is not good. We didn't get shampoo, and the toiletries provided were good for one day only, and we stayed for two days. The lights inside the room are broken and need replacement. Also, the water in the shower and bidet is very weak - much better if they provided bucket with tabo instead.
