The spacious room we occupied can easily fit 4 to 5 people. The location is considered near the City's malls but not that near. The room was comfortable with a street view that was surprisingly quiet. One can still enjoy a good night's sleep without the disturbance of hearing vehicles outside. There is a convenience store right beside it for quick needs like food and drinks. The staff are nice. The room is also true as shown in the photos and is adequately priced.

The Staff needs to be trained better on responding to simple questions such as how to get around. The toilet was clean but not spotless so it also needs to be improved. There is no complementary coffee or tea, no mini ref and kettle. It would also help if the rooms smelled clean. Getting around to this place is best reached via Grab or Jeepney. Never take the tricycle because it is far more costly.

Staff are accommodating and helpful! My booking is supposed to be for Dec 28-29 but I booked wrong dates. The 2 receptionist (Gladys and Christian) at the hotel are very accommodating to help us. They called the manager and Red Doors who are handling the hotel booking. Fortunately, the manager agreed to reschedule the booking and accordingly, we were accommodated. They even gave us 2 deluxe rooms for each of the executive rooms I booked as there is no available executive rooms anymore. We really appreciate the effort they made for us, its exceptional! Will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The accommodations were not only new and impeccably clean but also incredibly affordable. Its convenient location made it easily accessible, adding to the overall value for money. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the attentive staff and the seamless experience they provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay without compromising on quality.

The inclusion of electric kettle and coffee mugs in their rooms would be essential.

New hotel, no frills, clean, professional staff. Comfortable bed, hot shower with strong output (in the PM had to run the shower for 4 minutes to get hot water). Liked the Smart TV, able to watch YouTube instead of lousy cable. 7-11 & a couple of good restaurants steps away.

On the 7-11 side of the hotel, the neighbors could get loud with their rooftop karaoke sessions. Minor stuff.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was cold and stocked with the basic amenities. The water pressure of the shower was strong. Wifi is wifi6 so signal was good.

Not related to the property itself but cellular reception is poor to almost non-existent when staying in the room (stayed in the ground floor; I can't speak for the other floors regarding the signal)

Great location. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and organized. Overall great value for money.
