Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, always prompt in addressing any requests or concerns. Whenever we called for assistance, they responded immediately. A special mention goes to the guard, who was very helpful in ensuring that the parking spaces designated for PWDs were reserved exclusively for clients with PWD members in their group. The facilities are well-maintained, and you truly get what you pay for.

I did have an issue with the air conditioning in my room—it was quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep comfortably so I have to turn it off and turn on the ceiling fan instead. If this can be addressed, it would make the experience even better. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

This was my second stay at this Red Planet. The location is what I like most. It's near the VFW which I like because I'm a veteran. SM City Clark and Walking Street are not far. The front desk will gladly arrange a grab car for you which is cheaper than a trike. The view from the room is quite nice. I ask for the rooms facing Mount Pinatubo in the distance. There is a restaurant next to Red Planet which is quite good and many other restaurants nearby. The following staff are always kind, respectful, and helpful and deserve special mention: Aling Nancy (Manager) is very professional and will address any concerns you may have, Jervey and Girlie (front desk) are friendly, respectful, and helpful, Wilson, Ronnie, and Roy (doormen) they are courteous and attentive, especially Wilson, Gab and Nino (room attendants) and housekeeping which did a superb job cleaning my room every day. The internet was always strong but sometimes I had to reconnect.

I have nothing negative to say.

Location is good. It's near SM Clark, and you can see the airport from the upper floors. Red Street (formerly Walking Street) is not within walking distance, but you can take a trike or have the front desk arrange a Grab. Grab is better, safer, more comfortable, and cheaper. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The TV works good and there is a table for your laptop. There is a rack to hang your clothes. If you have any concerns, the room attendant, maintenance, engineer, etc., will gladly help you.

There is no phone in the room; you have to go to the front desk to talk to the staff. There may be phones near the elevators on each floor to call the front desk, but I'm not sure. Aling Nancy, the manager, is very professional and goes out of her way to help. Rommel is also stellar. The elevator is sometimes malfunctioning, but there are two. The doormen, security guards are very courteous and helpful, especially Wilson. I hate to say this, but it must be said. Almost all the staff have always been nice to me, but I felt I was treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner by a few of the staff, two trainees in particular. I travel all around the world, and things like that I don't forget. Management needs to address this.

I had to wait about 6 or 7 hours for my money to be deposited into my bank in America, and Rommel let me check in early and instructed Miks to hold onto my passport until I could pay with my Visa card. Also, the first room I was given was unacceptable because it had no table for my laptop, and the view wasn't good. Rommel put me in a much better room on the tenth floor. Jonathan and ManniLyn were very helpful. Wilson and the other doormen were fantastic. Housekeeping did a great job. I've stayed 4 times here and will keep coming back. Aling Nancy, the manager, is friendly and professional. 2 thumbs up!

Room for one night between flights. Great bed, everything was clean and neat. There is no kettle, minibar or water in the room, but hot and cold water is in the lobby, you can get a glass there if you need it. The big problem is the noise from the air conditioner, very strong noise. It is not possible to sleep, the feeling like there's a car or tractor engine running in the room all the time. You can cool down the room, turn off the air conditioner and turn on the ceiling fan, but it will also knock a little.

The price was reasonable, the location ideal, and the housekeeping was outstanding. The front desk staff helped me book a Grab whenever I needed one, and security downstairs helped me hail a trike whenever I needed one. The following employees went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend and deserve special mention: Nino (Housekeeping), Aling Nancy (Manager), Wilson and Samson (Security), and Jervey and Girlie (Front Desk).

I cannot think of anything negative.

comfortable, quiet stay, nice shower and sheets, nice elevators, nice front desk, friendly guards, good parking space on the side and front, accessible to public transport, walking distance to 711 and other stores.

There are rowdy guest who are noisy at night, the hotel should not allow short time, walk in guests who come from the bars or nightclubs nearby (most of the time drunk) and whose purpose is to have sex. There will be a time when these guest will ruin the hotel like violence, noise and crime.

Location was just along friendship, check in process was quick too. And the staff, esp the security guards in the building are very helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was a bit old but they did try to keep it clean.

Paying around 2,000php ish should have included small amenities such as toothpaste/brush, slippers etc. water bottle inside the room etc just for convenience.

The room well arrange, comfy bed, clean linens, conveniently located within all commercial establishments. The main take away were the very courteous, friendly and supportive staffs - excellent management.

The Wi-fi seems much better these days, individual router connectors fitted in rooms, good job! The bed and shower are always decent.

The air con units can be rather noisy and dirty, depending on the room. Beware if staying in the front area of the hotel, booming music from the speaker outside the adjoining restaurant, very strange but this is the Philippines! :)
