everything was ok - the staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. my only issue was the cable selections was not offering what some of the other hotels offer. I understand my rate was low and these are troubled times in light of the covid restrictions imposed on us.

At time noise construction building near by but i got an upgrade on my room to minimize the noise

I lov3 the resort vibe. Staff is friendly and they let me change my dates with no problem. I love this place. Till my next travel to clark. Will definitely recommend. Keep it up. . also they have a pool which i also like.
