It is conveniently located close to SM Mall and various amenities, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and convenience. The facilities were decent, featuring a pool and gym that added to the overall experience. My room was quite comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite aspects was the view facing SM Mall, where I could enjoy watching fireworks right from my room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping service provided by Aldy and Jimmy. They did an outstanding job, demonstrating a keen understanding of guest expectations through their meticulous work.

The buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired, with significant room for improvement. While my first day's offerings were satisfactory, the second day was quite disappointing.

I booked this for my cousin and partner. I even purchase a late checkout and a surprise birthday for my partner which is really good. They have a banners, balloons, and a cake that is scrumptious. As a hotelier myself, I highly recommend staying here for either business or leisure. Receptionist when they were checking in was really lovely pity my partner did not get her name but she deserves a pay rise. Well done Girl! We will stay here again in the future. Hopefully when I get home next year but will definitely book them in again before that. Parking is a bit far away but walking is always good !!

Our room was very comfortable and super clean, to this I give credits to the house cleaning staffs. We also enjoyed the array of food served for our buffet breakfast. The hotel itself is located across the road to SM Mall that provides all the amenities we need during our stay Definitely we will be coming back into this hotel and I highly recommend this.

The staff took every care to solve any problems. When the AC wouldn't work, night assistant manager Mark Anthony Bragado made sure we got transferred to the same room type, which was in a much better state than the room we were first given. Check in agent Miggy and manager Ace also helped us sort out a systen problem that does not provide breakfasts to children above 6 years old even when you choose the breakfast included option on Booking.com. (Tip: Book children as adults to ensure they get the same treatment and benefits.) Everyone from concierge to security to housekeeping and engineering are quick to respond to any request and are eager to serve. The proximity to the mall next door is also a main reason to stay here.

The first room we were put in was worn and the floor was not so clean. Towels are a bit rough. You only get 1 pillow each person by default.

The location was perfect for us. Few steps is the entrance of SM mall. The staff were so friendly and professional, especially James, Denver, Lena and the sweet girl, I think her name is Yena, not sure. They were all asset to the company. Always greeting us with a smile everyday. Thank you.

The towels. You should have decent white towels to make us feel at home away from home. That will level up your standards.

I love Park Inn Radisson Clark!!. This is my second stay and have zero complaints. The staff is first class. Visit Nov/Dec and enjoy the fresh baked banana bread😋. If it's a staycation you're after there's no need to leave the property they have everything on site including a full bar and an amazing restaurant. I stay here because of their food.

Love the location since its just by the mall. Checking in and out is super easy also especially for someone like me who do stays in hotels randomly. I checked in super late like 11pm because of prior commitments and there's no hassle at all.

Not that I didn't like about the hotel, but more like bothered because during our stay someone was trying to enter our room. Heard it not once but twice that he tried his keycard on our door. We dont know what that was about coz we're about to check out that time anyway. Reported it to the property anyway for them to check up on this.

I really enjoyed the help from the staff during the stay. From the moment that we stepped into the Park Inn we were thoroughly looked after. The easy walk around the Hotel with the Mall and other restaurants really made the stay accessible. The rooms were absolutely superb and stocked and cleaned daily. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and everything worked. The Spa services were also very excellent and of good price for such a short stay. They stay open until midnight which made it so relaxing before bed. Breakfast buffet as part of the stay was very helpful and I felt we really had a good choice of foods for breakfast and the restaurant was so wonderful to help us out to know which dishes were locally sourced. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would stay again

I stayed with friends on different floors of the hotel so having to get a key card to go to their specific floor where the room was a bit much. But I also understand that's part of the security feature.

The room space is just good enough…very comfortable bed and very convenient location; staff And even lobby guards have all been accommodating and very helpful. Loved that it’s close to everything in terms of food options and place to walk around. Parking is convenient too and breakfast is very good and has many options everyday. Will definitely go back to a Radisson hotel.

The pillows are too soft for me coz I need elevation when sleeping.

Perfect location adjacent to SM clark Awesome staff from the moment we arrived to checkout. Very comfortable room clean and safe. A big thank you to our housekeeping Winston for being extremely helpful during our short time. A perfect place to stay if in need of accommodation for international flights out of Clark international. Highly recommended. Great food selection with very reasonable prices served by a professional staff.
