Clean, food was good,typical Radisson hotel of that level. Small rooms minimal services but value for money. Close to the mall with all amenities and restaurants Stand out staff who saved our four day family vacation. Denver reception, Randy, restaurant, Daniel concierge over and above help.

Lack of communication relating to booking. No one replied to msg, emails phone calls. Things advertised, pool BBQ etc don't exist only for advertising.Hotel is used by big groups for conferences so reception staff pushed to the limit. Simply put staff doing their best but management is poor

Location is right next to SM Clark, very accessible to restaurants area of the SM Clark extension site and the entrance to the mall is just a 1-2 minutes walk on a almost covered pathway. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and check out process. The room and bathroom size is average, not that big, suited mostly for business travelers, who just wants to take a rest. But the amenities, bed, pillows, everything inside the room are nice, up to par with other known brands of hotel. The pool area is standard/small, but again keep in mind this is like a hotel for business travelers/conference meet-up not for people who wants to have a "grand hotel vacation" looking for that wow IG-worthy shot by the pool.

Everything on our stay is good except on our check out wherein we kept calling the reception to send a trolley for our luggages (we have booked 4 rooms so lots of bags/luggages), but no one answered, that we ended up going down ourselves with our bags.

Perfect location just beside SM Clark. Their food service is available 24 hours, and the food tastes great. Towels are changed daily, and the king bed is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was okay too. We didn’t get to try the pool since it was raining it would be nice if they had an indoor option. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store near the hotel, which is a big plus. Parking was not a problem. My mom and sister loved this hotel. I will definitely book here again!

The towels were quite worn out. For the price, they should really provide more presentable ones. The soundproofing was also poor we could hear people from outside and in the neighboring room. I suggest turning on the TV to help block out the noise. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

The facilities were decent, featuring a pool and gym that added to the overall experience. My room was quite comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite aspects was the view facing SM Mall, where I could enjoy watching fireworks right from my room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping service provided by Aldy and Jimmy. They did an outstanding job, demonstrating a keen understanding of guest expectations through their meticulous work.

The buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired, with significant room for improvement. While my first day's offerings were satisfactory, the second day was quite disappointing.

I booked this for my cousin and partner. I even purchase a late checkout and a surprise birthday for my partner which is really good. They have a banners, balloons, and a cake that is scrumptious. As a hotelier myself, I highly recommend staying here for either business or leisure. Receptionist when they were checking in was really lovely pity my partner did not get her name but she deserves a pay rise. Well done Girl! We will stay here again in the future. Hopefully when I get home next year but will definitely book them in again before that. Parking is a bit far away but walking is always good !!

The staff at the hotel were all great and helpful. I liked how spacious my room was. I also ordered room service multiple times and the food was always good, and reasonably priced by room service standards.

My air conditioning unit wasn't working very well. I should have mentioned that to the staff to give them an opportunity to fix it, but I tried to just power through. Other than that, not real issues.

Our room was very comfortable and super clean, to this I give credits to the house cleaning staffs. We also enjoyed the array of food served for our buffet breakfast. The hotel itself is located across the road to SM Mall that provides all the amenities we need during our stay Definitely we will be coming back into this hotel and I highly recommend this.

I don't have any negative feedback as we are very satisfied by the services of the friendly staffs.

The location was perfect for us. Few steps is the entrance of SM mall. The staff were so friendly and professional, especially James, Denver, Lena and the sweet girl, I think her name is Yena, not sure. They were all asset to the company. Always greeting us with a smile everyday. Thank you.

The towels. You should have decent white towels to make us feel at home away from home. That will level up your standards.

The staff took every care to solve any problems. When the AC wouldn't work, night assistant manager Mark Anthony Bragado made sure we got transferred to the same room type, which was in a much better state than the room we were first given. Check in agent Miggy and manager Ace also helped us sort out a systen problem that does not provide breakfasts to children above 6 years old even when you choose the breakfast included option on Booking.com. (Tip: Book children as adults to ensure they get the same treatment and benefits.) Everyone from concierge to security to housekeeping and engineering are quick to respond to any request and are eager to serve. The proximity to the mall next door is also a main reason to stay here.

The first room we were put in was worn and the floor was not so clean. Towels are a bit rough. You only get 1 pillow each person by default.

I love Park Inn Radisson Clark!!. This is my second stay and have zero complaints. The staff is first class. Visit Nov/Dec and enjoy the fresh baked banana bread😋. If it's a staycation you're after there's no need to leave the property they have everything on site including a full bar and an amazing restaurant. I stay here because of their food.

They introduced the new menu for the restaurant the eve of my departure🥰. Zero complaints about this property.
