- except for a small fridge, there’s nothing else to use in the “kitchen” (booking.com advertises room with a kitchen) such as microwave, utensils, toaster oven, etc. Staff informed us that needed items can be requested. - parking available in front of the building only and could be an issue if hotel is fully booked - as of our 24 Feb 2024 checkout, hotel cannot process credit card payments yet; be ready to have local currency for meals and miscellaneous services - no daily room service cleaning but could be requested for a fee - no TV in the room, it has to be requested - no bathrobe and slippers as advertised in booking.com

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and courteous

My room did not have a blackout and maintenance put a sheet next day. Shower heater switched off every time I used. Air-conditioning is smaller compared to room size. No tea or coffee was present though there was a kettle. No plates or spoon either. In night time there was no security and anyone can come in. There were no safe installed in the room.

There's no breakfast, I wished they can offer with breakfast next time. Location is excellent, it's a walking distance to shopping malls and other interesting places. I particularly liked the staffs, they are very accommodating and so friendly. Bonus that the internet connection is excellent in every room.

There's no telephone connection in each rooms, if u need to contact the frontdesk you need to go down and see them there. The hotel is somewhat new but I hope they can include this as enhancement next time as it is important especially if you need to order food at the restaurant and other queries.

We attended the 2024 AnCom of the Masons at the SMX Convention Center. Emmaus is very accessible to the venue. We met Mr. Park and he's very accommodating. He attended to our concerns very satisfying. The staff is respectful, polite and warm. Emmaus is highly recommendable. Thank you, Mr. Park and Emmaus.

The place is sparkling clean. The location is great, just a short walking distance to SM Mall. And the food at the Korean restaurant at the hotel is fantastic! Very convenient and comfortable stay. Will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Clark.

No gym facilities in the hotel.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Close to our business dealings, awesome staff, very friendly, great comfortable bed, clean room, enjoyable food, coffee was awesome, only downside was no TV in the room. For the low price for one nights stay, it excelled my expectations.

Spacious, clean and silent rooms. Located close to city and have access to SM City Mall less than 1 km.

No kettle, TV and Aircon was not effective. They could have a vending machine with standard consumables like cookies, coke etc.

Convenient and spacious parking. Big and spacious room and bathroom. Superb water heating and pressure. With fridge, water kettle, slippers and standard toiletries. Convenient location.
