the shower drainage is always choked !! quite annoying because l do not like to stand on flooded dirty water… I was staying in room 211… few months before the sink in the toilet was choked … I had ask for help…

Very good breakfast at the restaurant.

I liked the location, a lot of restaurants around the area and there's a big mall nearby. Their rooftop restaurant had good food, i liked everything we ordered. I also liked that the bar staff offered us their electric fan when they saw us sweating and uncomfy when we dined at the rooftop bar.

Staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor, our window was facing someone's garbage disposal area :( i asked if we could get a room on a higher floor but staff said they were "fully booked" (on a monday? But i didnt see a lot of people or parked cars at the hotel?). Our stay could have been better if we could open the curtains and had a view of the trees outside. There was a 3 hour blackout on the night we stayed and we could hear the generator from our room, overall we did not sleep quite well, especially our toddler :( For room service we ordered a bowl of soup which they said was good for 3 people but they only gave one small piece of garlic bread with it (for sharing?). Breakfast buffet was simple but they charge 400 php for any leftovers, i like their omelette station but i wished they cooked the bacon slices first instead of just putting it straight on the eggs. Only our kid swam in their rooftop pool because it felt awkward for us adults, the pool was really close to the dining area and the staff keeps mopping if you make little splash of water on the floor. Also i wish there were umbrellas together with the pool chairs because we kept sitting by the bar just to get some shade.

The room is good size, the King bed was really comfy.

The king size bed was very comfy and love that there was lots of extra pillows. The bathroom did have a shower head, it was a sprayer and the most terrible part of this stay here was the shower didn’t have hot water and the weird thing is the faucet did so I had to shower with cold water after a long trip and I paid $116/ per night and checked in at midnight and all I wanted was a nice warm shower and sleep but instead I’m freezing my butt off just trying to get through with my cold shower! And to add to this they need to get rid of their dingy off white dirty looking towels. You can’t be a five star hotel it’s more of a 3 star and location isn’t very safe looking. I would rather stay at Park Inn Raddison.

You have to let them know if you want your room cleaned. Typically, you shouldn't have to, considering the rate they charge for the room. If you fail to notify the front desk staff, you could conceivably be using the same coffee cup and glassware for the duration of your stay. That's not very appealing.
