everything especially the full time security

the receptionist had a very bad attitude and i had an issue with being charged twice on two seperate occassions which she advised me to contact booking since it wasnt her problem or money...

We liked the location, central but off the main road so less traffic noise. The hotel is older, so the rooms are basic, and some renovation is needed but generally clean. To us a big plus was it is all on one level no lifts or stairs to contend with. In addition, everything you need is close at hand or a short trike ride away. Another thing we enjoyed was the pool guests can use it and its quiet We are in PI for a month and were planning to stay two weeks at V/Jour but decided to stay another two weeks , I guess that sums it up pretty much

Bit more maintenance required in some areas i guess that's a work in progress

I like the serenity of the place, the tagline “A place of Love and Tranquility.” describes the hotel best. The owner Ms.Fatima and the staff is exceptional. They attend to their customers request, as long as it is amenable. The place promotes sustainable tourism as well. It provides deep sense of connecting with nature. Beyond 10 stars for us.

Great location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and all the facilities you need while away.

The hotel rooms are a little dated, however the staff keeps a decent standard of cleanliness, and they try to accommodate the guests needs. Location is very central.

Very friendly staff,it has kids Pool and adullt Pool.Quiet place yet minute walk from hustle and bustle from main road
