The breakfast is mediocre, but nice quality as usual. During my stay, the hotel was fully booked, so understandable that there's crowded during breakfast time and had to queue up for 5 mins. 30-min drive from Pattaya. Quite difficult to find parking due to fully booked hotel. If u want to get good view e.g. sea view, that s not what u can expect from this hotel. However, it s nice stay and reasonable price and management.

The breakfast is good, but the serving time should be extended until 10:30 AM, as it gets very crowded — the space is insufficient and the food runs out quickly.

The parking space is insufficient. The bath towels are of poor quality — the fibers come off when used. The check-in process takes a very long time.

Nice, clean room. Friendly and attentive staff. Varied breakfast, covering different types of food. The bar has good options for lunch, dinner or snacks and a good range of drinks (with or without alcohol). As we use the car, the location is ok.

The hotel’s facilities are all good. We booked two separate rooms and the hotel kindly upgraded them to be connecting rooms which is perfect! In terms of location. It’s a bit far from town and the seaside public park but that’s not a problem for us as we have a car.

Very pleasant hotel right I the centre of the industrial Ao Udom hub. Access to nearby smaller restaurants. Room was exceptional with a separate bedroom / kitchenette & dining.

The only real beef is access to the front door during busy times or large groups in attendance - difficult and often impossible. hotel parking is a drama - found the entire parking building was full and nowhere for overflow.

I liked the staff, they were friendly and knew how to provide the best service. Though the location of the hotel is in the industrial area, there are restaurants and a convenient store just across the hotel. And the concierge could always request for grab cars if you need to go to Siracha center or elsewhere.

I am more of a city/town center person, so probably the location.

Great hotel, well soundproofed, nice swimming pool and fitness facilities, the restaurant could be a bit more international, and no entertainment on TV except for Asian customers.

The hotel's surroundings are in an industrial area where there is a lot of container handling, not an area for outdoor activities.

Very well located. The breakfast we had was good. So many selections. The bed was so comfortable. Friendly and attentive staffs. Our family has a great stay.

We chose this property because it was close to the port for our Norwegian Asian cruise. Took a taxi from Bangkok airport to the property the day before the cruise. Everything worked out fine.

The options at the evening buffet were so so. With some of the hot food , too cool . The buffet was poor value for money
