We were very pleased with the stuff and the location... Food was tasty but there could be more variety... Drinks were good...price performance was very good...

The reception could not talk english Mostly they talk russian or turkish and they did not understand english.

The staff was very friendly. My husband really enjoyed the massage. The good thing was that after 12 at night it was quiet.This is an ideal place for families with children under 10 years old. My 12 and 15 were bored. There was no entertainment for their age. By the way, the discos had great music.

The food was monotonous. The cocktails are not tasty. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, and the hotel has a small area. Also, audibility in the rooms is excellent. The neighbors upstairs talking calmly could be heard perfectly. Fortunately, there were no couples with small children in our compartment.

Our recent stay at the Orange County Family Concept Resort in Belek, Antalya, was another wonderful experience. This was our third visit in three years, and it continues to be a fantastic destination for a family holiday. The friendly and smiling staff truly make the experience memorable—they’re always ready to help and ensure you feel at home. The resort is consistently clean and well-organised, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The children’s program was outstanding, and the team working with the kids deserves special recognition. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Tugilbaeva, whose warmth and professionalism made her an absolute gem for our children. It’s wonderful to know that the little ones are in such capable and caring hands. The food options were enjoyable overall, though as returning guests, we were hoping for a bit more variety this year. Despite this, the dining experience was still pleasant, and we found something to suit all tastes. One thing we wished for, especially when traveling with children, was an alcohol-free hotel option, as these are not always easy to find. That said, we still felt incredibly welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. The Orange County Family Concept Resort has become a family favorite for us, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to families seeking a joyful and stress-free getaway in Belek.

The staff was very friendly, especially Mrs Shahrzad. The private beach was excellent and sandy. The cake and sweets were very delicious. Programs for nights were entertaining. The room was very clean

The hotel manager can not control the unacceptable behaviours of the guests. The food quality was acceptable, but it could be better. Water slides were small. The water pool was very cold, but the water slide was warm.

Serenity Pleasant staff, always willing to accommodate the guests needs Clean Fabulous food Location is about 20 minutes out from Antalya City which does cause dramas with taxi drivers...my advice is organise airport shuttles.

The rooms are not sound proof, if you want an early night, no chance of that as the noise from the pool party will keep you awake...solution is to keep partying

everything was awesome! that’s the best hotel so far! u don’t need to leave it, because everything u need is found inside! everything inside is free, including food beverages alcohol, activities for kids, theaters, shows! the views are impeccable. the beach is so clean and big. u can spend all the vacation inside the hotel without getting bored. it has a lot of swimming pools with slides, parties at night, a lot of restaurants. u can take ur lunch in the restaurant next to the lobby or outside near the pools with a wide choice of food. and note that the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is never the same, everyday they offer different meals on the buffets! and anywhere u walk u can find a bar for free juice, water, drinks, alcohol, coffee! the coffee is my favorite! as for the rooms they were so clean, everyday they clean them. the beds are so comfortable, u can sleep anytime peacefully!! we tried the massage in spa, they offered sauna, steam, peeling, hammam, face mask, and an incredible massage like no other!!! awesome all the staff are so welcoming, kind, always smiling, and so helpful! the location is amazing while driving to the hotel u pass inside a beautiful village! the hotel is near belek shopping center (20 minutes) and near land of legends ( 25 minutes) and the airport is 40 minutes far. thank u so much for ur hospitality!

family vacation The resort is absolutely breathtaking! All the details go above and beyond to make you feel special. The staff is incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Special a i wanna mention Mr. Deniz (restaurant supervisor ) & Mr. Huseyn (Bar supervisor )- THEY DONE IT A REALLY GOOD JOB! Also a big thank you to Cristina (animation team) My nephew had the best time at all the kids club activities. We felt very safe with animation staff. My sister in law and I even enjoyed on the beach while my nephew were at kids club. Also we loved aqua Park for children, best idea ever. The food is fabulous, a lot of choice, you will not gonna be never hungry even at mignight becouse is working restaurant from 00.00 am to 01.00 am. By the way also you will never get bored becouse shows and all activities are AWESOME. I have traveled all over the world and this is now my favorite vacation spot! They take care of your every need and make your trip special!

Hotel, the food, the ambiance, beach, it was all very nice.

The hotel is in belek, 1 hour away from the city or any mall. So going and coming back costed 100 euro per day.

The breakfast was amazing! Loved all of the choices.

Would suggest having better coffee available. The plastic cups of water. Such a waste and totally does not help out the environment. We found them laying around from the wind. It would be great if you got big water coolers instead.
