the rooms and the territory are terrific, especially when living in bungalows. the hotel is very green, with many peaceful corners to spend time at. there are two secluded pools among the trees, all pools have a nice, beach-like entrance. Also there is a lovely coffee point at the river bench with armchairs and huge pillows overlooking the river. The beach is also super nice and all usual all-inclusive components such as aqua park for kids and huge mini-club are in place.

Food is okay but it feels like they are trying to cut costs on food. The variety is not huge and some products are intentionally made cheaper and it feels.

I liked the resort's location, green land, and trees. The food was excellent, and the staff was hospitable, highly recommended for families.

What I didn't like due to the resort's location between trees, the numerous bugs bite us, and the building infrastructure is somewhat outdated, Also,  the restaurant is near the swimming pool, and you can smell the cooking while you are swimming.

The resort is in a very green area that's taken care of. The kids club and it's staff is great. Also the water park The beach is clean and it's very pleasurable to swim in late September/October.

We were 3 people in the room but housekeeping insisted on not providing us a 3rd towel despite that we asked several times to pay attention to it. Had to call reception almost every day to remind to clean the room or for towels. Floor tiles in the rooms (bungalow) are dirty and we're not sure if and how often they're being cleaned. Some of the food was fine but mostly it is quantity over quality there. For a 5 star hotel for example the coffee is horrible, at least at the main restaurant where the majority dines... Guys need to upgrade to fresh beans all around the resort, that's pretty much basic stuff.

Amazing stay, rooms were great, all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. Plenty to keep the kids occupied, kids loved the mini disco and entertainment in the evenings. Overall a lovely family resort.

The deserts could do with a flavour uplift, most of the deserts tasted the same with the same jelly like texture. Our room view was somewhat blocked with trees, if I was to visit again I would definitely pick a different room, as we enjoy evenings on the balcony a nice view would have been great. Some mornings housekeeping were knocking on doors at 9am, too early if you have kids and want a little lie in. The entertainment was different every night to what was stated on the website, this needs to match so you know exactly what to expect.

One of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff is super friendly and well trained.. they all went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Make sure to book a hammam or a massage while you're there..if you're still unsure, Ramazan from the spa will give you a great tour of all the facilities and give you all the details you need to get the best relaxing experience you need. Rooms are spacious and facilities are top notch. The restaurant serves high quality breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with options for everyone. Can't wait till my next stay here. The hotel's architecture was very calming, with a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The beach was clean and well-equipped with chairs and private cabanas. There was also a 24-hour restaurant that served a fun and unique pizza, which I loved. The entertainment for kids was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. The reception staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady surprised us by beautifully decorating the bed after noticing a birthday celebration — a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The food overall was of medium quality, and the breads, in particular, were not of the highest standard.

Excellent swimming pools and sauna/steam room facilities. Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Selection of food was excellent at the main restaurant. 24hr restaurant was also very handy.

The music was a little noisy at night. Service and quality of food at a la carte restaurant (Italian) was not very impressive.

We booked a last minute stay here and had a fantastic stay. Food is exceptionally good for all inclusive. Drinks are spot on lots of import alcohol available which is such a refreshing change to most all inclusive hotels. Fatma guest relations was so warm and welcoming and very helpful. Room beautifully clean. Hotel lovely natural surroundings, beach perfect. Great location for visiting Land of Legends too! Great facilities for young children. We will definitely be back! Not a bad word to say...

We stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary for five nights and were thoroughly impressed with our choice. ROOM We communicated with guest relations before our stay and were allocated a wonderful room on the top (7th) floor of the main building. The room was spacious, with a large shower, a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea, and a romantic but tasteful theme. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, and the minibar was replenished daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise was a joy. The only minor downside was occasional fluctuations in shower temperature during peak times. Overall, the room and cleaning service deserve 4.9/5 stars. FOOD AND DRINKS The main buffet served a wide variety of food, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We often skipped lunch at the buffet and opted for the 24/7 restaurant, Chef's Cellar, which served a la carte dishes. Dinner at the buffet was varied with different themed nights, making each meal an exciting experience. There were also many snack options around the hotel, including ice cream, waffles, and fish sandwiches. For guests staying five or more nights, a complimentary dinner at one of the three a la carte restaurants is included. The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. The drink options were extensive, including imported spirits, and freshly squeezed juices were available at the pool bar. Overall, food and beverages earned a 4.5/5 rating. FACILITIES The public spaces were impeccably clean, with toilets maintained every 30 minutes and all surfaces spotless. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and the pools were well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the 18+ pool, which was a peaceful retreat. There was also a water park with slides for both adults and children. Additionally, the hotel had shops for essentials and souvenirs. Facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, earning 5/5 stars.

The staff were all lovely although alot of them didn't speak even basic English but only meant we had to improve our Turkish with the help of Google! The room was amazing loads of space. Food was also really good. Big thanks to Ivana in guest services she was super friendly & very helpful at all times!

There was a youth football tournament on along with a conference when we were there so lots of people in the buffet sometimes making it a bit too busy.
