the rooms and the territory are terrific, especially when living in bungalows. the hotel is very green, with many peaceful corners to spend time at. there are two secluded pools among the trees, all pools have a nice, beach-like entrance. Also there is a lovely coffee point at the river bench with armchairs and huge pillows overlooking the river. The beach is also super nice and all usual all-inclusive components such as aqua park for kids and huge mini-club are in place.

Food is okay but it feels like they are trying to cut costs on food. The variety is not huge and some products are intentionally made cheaper and it feels.

I liked the resort's location, green land, and trees. The food was excellent, and the staff was hospitable, highly recommended for families.

What I didn't like due to the resort's location between trees, the numerous bugs bite us, and the building infrastructure is somewhat outdated, Also,  the restaurant is near the swimming pool, and you can smell the cooking while you are swimming.

I booked a hotel for my mother and daughter. Their stay at Selectum Family Resort Belek was magnificent, beyond all praise and significantly exceeded all our expectations. My daughter, who usually never writes reviews, wrote her enthusiastic impressions on various resources. The room was perfectly clean and equipped, the view from the window was stunning, the cleanliness and equipment around the pools and sandy beach were excellent, the programs and entertainment in the evenings were amazing and catching, the opportunities for sports and spa were excellent, the food was incredibly tasty and varied. In addition, I especially want to mention the attitude of the hotel staff. I made several requests in messages, as I was very worried about the stay of my elderly mother and my young daughter, and the staff members always helped me very quickly and friendly. Besides, I want to thank the rescuers at the beach. One of them constantly helped my mother to come in and out of the sea. Also, we took transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. The transfer service staff and the hotel staff organized all the trips perfectly and constantly came to our aid. We all (my mother, daughter and I) are incredibly satisfied with the stay at the hotel! We are very grateful to all the staff at the hotel and the transfer service. And we will definitely come again. This was our second time at Selectum, and it was just as incredible as the first. The food is top-notch with three buffets a day, a 24-hour à la carte restaurant, and poolside snacks. The bars are great too, offering everything from cocktails to quality imported spirits. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Our room (1702) had a stunning view of the sea and lake, was always spotless, and came with all the amenities you could need. The resort itself feels like a peaceful forest with beautiful pools, a sandy beach, and even a water park for kids. We loved relaxing at the adults-only pool and strolling through the green, quiet grounds. Truly a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is not the new one, but with its own tradition. We chose the family apartment and it was enough space for all our family. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms , one living room. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Especially Ivanna, who helped us with all our questions. The food was delicious with all kinds of menu. Pool, outdoor activities all, aqua park for our kids - we liked so much. Free parking place for our car and fast check in/out.

The cleaning was without washing the floor (for us it was necessary because of the little baby), but after Ivanna’s help it was better. See view was good, but just under our window placed the restaurant and the kitchen/barbecue smell and smoke from it went to our apartment. Noise from the kitchen started at 7AM in the morning.

Amazing stay, rooms were great, all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. Plenty to keep the kids occupied, kids loved the mini disco and entertainment in the evenings. Overall a lovely family resort.

The deserts could do with a flavour uplift, most of the deserts tasted the same with the same jelly like texture. Our room view was somewhat blocked with trees, if I was to visit again I would definitely pick a different room, as we enjoy evenings on the balcony a nice view would have been great. Some mornings housekeeping were knocking on doors at 9am, too early if you have kids and want a little lie in. The entertainment was different every night to what was stated on the website, this needs to match so you know exactly what to expect.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel — truly unforgettable for our whole family! We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and reconnect with relatives and friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They went above and beyond to organize a beautiful à la carte dinner for our anniversary — it was simply perfect. Our kids had the time of their lives thanks to the incredible animation team. The bubble show, the bouncing platforms, and so many other activities kept them thrilled every day. Just wow! The food was another highlight. Delicious, varied, and never monotonous — there was something new to enjoy at every meal. The hotel grounds deserve a special mention: tranquil, stylish, and cosy, they offered the perfect setting for relaxation and joyful gatherings. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

One of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff is super friendly and well trained.. they all went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Make sure to book a hammam or a massage while you're there..if you're still unsure, Ramazan from the spa will give you a great tour of all the facilities and give you all the details you need to get the best relaxing experience you need. Rooms are spacious and facilities are top notch. The restaurant serves high quality breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with options for everyone. Can't wait till my next stay here. Thank you Selectum team for making this a memorable experience.

The hotel's architecture was very calming, with a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The beach was clean and well-equipped with chairs and private cabanas. There was also a 24-hour restaurant that served a fun and unique pizza, which I loved. The entertainment for kids was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. The reception staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady surprised us by beautifully decorating the bed after noticing a birthday celebration — a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The food overall was of medium quality, and the breads, in particular, were not of the highest standard.

The resort is in a very green area that's taken care of. The kids club and it's staff is great. Also the water park The beach is clean and it's very pleasurable to swim in late September/October.

We were 3 people in the room but housekeeping insisted on not providing us a 3rd towel despite that we asked several times to pay attention to it. Had to call reception almost every day to remind to clean the room or for towels. Floor tiles in the rooms (bungalow) are dirty and we're not sure if and how often they're being cleaned. Some of the food was fine but mostly it is quantity over quality there. For a 5 star hotel for example the coffee is horrible, at least at the main restaurant where the majority dines... Guys need to upgrade to fresh beans all around the resort, that's pretty much basic stuff.
