I loved the helpful and friendly staff, the well- maintained beautiful gardens, the pools and waterslides for the kids, the orderly beach and above all the cooking and the variety of the food in the buffet - plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, dairy, hot dishes, grilled meat and fish, sweets and desserts, plenty of choice for kids, vegans, allergies etc, all made with love. Turkish coffee at the lounge bar was excellent. I also really enjoyed the sauna and the massage (extra fee but worth it). My son liked the occasional cat or hedgehog on the grounds :)

The elevator in block 8 kept breaking even after multiple attempts at fixing it. The drain in the shower got blocked a couple of times. The alcohol was not too bad, but not great (but I only drink very little and good quality alcohol, lots of other guests didn't seem to mind it).

The location is very nice – it has a nice big garden between the hotel and the beach with olive trees, palm trees and nice walking paths. The area is calm and not crowded at all, this was very pleasant. There were also a mini-zoo close to the hotel with many exotic birds, my kids loved it! I especially wanna thank some very positive and helpful staff – the guy who was baking different breads (pide?) every day in the restaurant, Olga from the reception, a girl who was doing face painting in the kids club every day. And of course, fantastic gentlemen in lifeguard watchtower in the beach. Very good job!

Although being branded as a family concept hotel, the playground was little poor, even dangerous. My daughter heart herself in beton (yes, beton!) playhouse. No slides, not even the smallest carousel. This could be easily improved and children would love it.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. Both the interior and exterior areas were impeccably clean. The staff were extremely helpful and exceptionally kind throughout my stay. I was initially a bit concerned about whether the hotel would meet my expectations—but it exceeded them. Both the facilities and the service went above and beyond what I had hoped for.

Good space - many things to do. Food was varied - grill station changed regularly.

Picking up beach towels from the spa - Wish they had the indoor pool open to escape from the heat. It wasn’t clear to me what was on offer - desserts/ waffles / ice cream - it was not clear where to get these..

A return visit to our favourite hotel in the area. Rooms, pools, slides, beach, bars, food etc all exceptional. Every single member of staff polite, friendly and helpful. We loved every moment (besides the weather!) And will return.

Lack of free sport activities.

The food was amazing! The 24/7 reception bar was great. The bar and restaurant staff were very kind and polite. The guest relation staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious.

Very loud music till around 11:30pm most nights. Our room was near the amphitheater where there were performances. We couldn’t sleep until the music was off. There is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Although the food was great, alcoholic drinks were below standard.

Brilliant location to an exceptional and clean beach. Great pool facilities and water slides.

People smoking around children pool area. Disappointed there wasn’t selected smoking and no smoking areas to keep children safer from passive smoke.

Enormous price for basic standards accommodation and facilities, some stupid and inconvenient policies, on top of that trying to charge you additionally even for in-room WiFi
