We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sentido Kamelya Selin Hotel! Everything from the stunning beach and pools to the delicious food and excellent service exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and fun — perfect for families and couples alike. A special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Ahmet and Michael! They brought so much energy, positivity, and joy to our vacation. Their dedication, humor, and creativity made every activity so much more enjoyable. Thanks to them, we made memories we’ll never forget. Can’t wait to come back again!

The only thing that could be improved was the room cleaning — it could have been a bit better.

Very nice and clean resort. A lot of palms and green spaces. The beach is amazing! Friendly staff, delicious sweets and cocktails. That was my second visit and I would definitely come back. First time I was at Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua and second time at Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel. I liked that there were soccer tournaments and a lot of Turkish people in the evenings. It is fun to dance together with them.

Karaoke nights - it is not fun to listen to people that can't really sing. I didn't like that we couldn't chose the buffet restaurant. I prefer better the one that is for Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua because there are tables outside near the pool. Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel is more luxurious but bathroom is smaller than Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua.

The concept of combining three properties in single premise. All the entertainment programs, pool activities, food, desserts and other facilities.

We were not given the room in the property where we booked. The staff said that there is some electricity issue in the building which was obviously false, as, other guests were getting rooms, and, when we talked to the guest relation office separately they denied of any electricity issue. Although they compensated us by a free Ala Carte dinner but still not getting the sea facing room in the main building (which we booked via booking.com) and being shifted to a different building is not expected by such a good property

the hotel is beautiful, a huge resort, location is perfect, beachfront. the beach is large and clean. The food is excellent.. The rooms are also very nicely decorated. Perfect hotel for families.the entertaiment was very good,there was always something going on in the hotel.you dont need to leave the hotel at all. But This hotel was a huge disappointment. The quality of service and the attitude of the staff were terrible.

when we arrived Staff didnt provide us the room we booked when we check-in. they told there is no rooms available for us ,we were with kids and i paid for our stay in advance,i paid for three room and They gave us only one family room at Ayshen for 9 person for 2 nights (our whole stay was 7 nights) .we didnt go to that room and finally, later after a lot of efforts and contacted with booking.com and after we talked with manager,they give us three rooms which i booked and paid for. Hotel staff was unfriendly at reception.

Selection of food in the restaurants and the pool bars. The beach was close to the Hotel, we always find empty sunbeds, by the beach and pools. The entertainment and activities were great.

Cleanliness. Moreover, we booked a room via Booking.com, on the first night we arrived at midnight, and we did not get the room in Fulya, but in Selin Hotel, so on the next day we had to move. We had to leave our room in Selin Hotel by midday, but our new room was not cleaned in Fulya, we had to wait 2-3 more hours to get our new room in Fulya. Selection of food in the beach bars (only hot-dog, hamburger and fries). The water in the pools was cold.

We primarily chose this hotel for its spa facilities and because we could dine at the hotel - we were spending one night, breaking a long journey. Check-in was easy, parking was easy, the staff seemed organised, experienced and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The evening meal and breakfast in the main restaurant were nothing short of magnificent. A huge variety of food on offer, catering to a wide range of dietary tastes and requirements.

The steam room in the spa needs some maintenance. It wasn't operating when we arrived and the air inside smelled mouldy. There was a piece of wood missing at the junction of ceiling and wall and this seemed to be mouldy - although I didn't get too close. If this was repaired it would improve things.

It was an amazing stay with lots of great memories. The hotel has several pools and great facilities for adults and children. We used the water park and my daughter really enjoyed it. The food was excellent with so many variety, every time we were amazed by different selection of foods. Great snack bar and drink bar. There were several parties during our stay, Hollywood party, pirate party, beer party and pool party. Beer party and pool party were really good. So many activities and parties for children. I had a great Bali massage which I highly recommend.

The air conditioner of the room was off from 1AM to 6AM, this was causing discomfort for us as the room was hot and we couldn't sleep well. We spoke to the reception and this was the setting of the hotel which they couldn't change! The room service was not good, which was a surprise for this type of hotel. Sometimes we were back at our room around 5pm and the room was not cleaned! This was really disappointing.

Amazing place although just book for Aishen K Club and save some money (we went there last time and it was a very similar experience). Incredible location and all around amazing. Staff can't do enough for you, great varied food, next level entertainment,

SCAM watersports company running on the hotel beach is an obvious tourist trap who lied about what was on the offered trip, refused to refund. Have to ask cleaner to change sheets, people reserve sunbeds from 08:00 (there are signs but not enforced), very uncomfy bed, potentially had a stomach virus which took us out of action for two days (not confirmed was the hotel), loud aircon

Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, a huge resort. .every day they have some interesting events.. The food is excellent.. The rooms are also very nicely decorated.. I would come back again..

When we arrived, we were given a room without a view of the sea.. After 2 days, they transferred us to another with a view.. As an apology, we were given a free dinner in one of the restaurants to choose from, by the sea..I'm just sorry that they didn't have any rooms available right away. So when booking I think the smartest thing to do is to send a message and confirm with a sea view...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our three kids! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless and conveniently located near the bustling bazaars, making it easy to explore the local area. The setup of the hotel is wonderful, as it allows guests to enjoy all the facilities of the Kamelya hotels within the same resort. This gave us plenty of options for activities, keeping both the kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!
