Many facilities ,tasty food, cleanliness, large and beautiful sandy beach

Main restaurant very crowded. Poor table service, also takes ages for the tables to be cleared. Sunbeds are occupied with towels early in the morning,although there are no people present.

All food here is perfect and even better, the staff is super friendly, big territory with a lot of activities, nice atmosphere, I am superhappy and enjoyed my stay a lot 👍👍👍

A little bit lack of cleanliness of the room: sticky handles of doors, closet, hairdryer

Huge property with lot of pools and animation during the whole day, specially recommended for families with kids (for couples could be a bit noisy).Beautiful sandy beach. Beverages served from glass bottles. Polite cleaning staff and waiters, but receptionists never smile. At check-in we’ve got a paper with instructions with opening hours of each bar, restaurant etc with location on the map which was very useful since the resort is really big, so we didn’t loose time on searching by ourselves.

It’s too crowded, it’s impossible to find a free sunbed around 9am. One morning I woke up early and at 5:30 half of sunbeds were already occupied (with towels only). The same situation is in the main restaurants for dinner, if you come just 10mins after opening, it’s very difficult to get the table. Line at the bars around pools is very long, there should be more bars or barmen or fridges in which you will have not only water, but also juices. Abnormally slow and small elevators (max 3 ppl can fit in).

I stayed at the resort with my daughter for the first time, which was also our first time at Side or / and Antalya. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE and will always come back! Absolutely wonderful in every single way: the staff, the location, the food, the service, the beach and spa, the drinks, the entertainment! The hotel facilities (beach, spa, pools, entertainment) are great. Food was amazing, plenty of options for every taste (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).

Some staff are very friendly and nice; but others (like the receptionist in the evening) were very non-professional for a 5-star resort/hotel and a lot of them only speak Turkish and German and no or little English. Drink quality is average; again for a 5-star hotel one expects better quality cocktails!

Really nice hotel. Fabulous room, comfy and very clean, hairdryer, safe, toiletries, fridge stocked with water, beer, soft drinks. Good parking. Food great, gym great, staff all great. Very clean throughout and lots of little touches made this hotel have an upmarket feel. Just the pool bar could be improved with longer opening hours and more staff. There was always a queue. It rained in the morning and didn't open at all on day 2. If the sun is out then holiday makers will immediately go sit in it. There was no outside space near the only other bar. The lobby. Its out of season but still would be good to enjoy the sun. Maybe a separate kids dining area would work nicely for the peaceful dining of others.

The food is amazing Animations are very nice and so are animators, really adorable!! Special mention to Fatih The surrounding is stunning I had a lovely time !

I found the staff at the reception not very welcoming and very quick. In my opinion, their facial expressions and attitudes are far from 5-star quality. Additionally, at the café, which is open from 10 am to 5 pm, the staff are cold and distant, and they make customers feel it. I believe this is an area that really needs improvement, as it can affect both the customers’ mood and their overall experience. Last but not least, 15€ per hour to use the iron in an 5stars hotel… unacceptable
