Second time here, we enjoyed everything with small exceptions -animation teams are exceptional -big resort and very green -nice beach and sea

-that on the beach cocktails are not included and the snacks are only deep fried in a very bad oil, so between 16:00-19:00 you don't have any healthy options for kids. -some renovation is needed in the room (beach room) and also the cleaning should be made more carefully.

- Huge 300.000m2 location with 3 hotels inside by Sentido Kamelya. - All facilities from the location could be accessed with the all-inclusive package. - 10 stars restaurant with everything you need from food to deserts to fresh fruits. - many different places to eat and stay all time around as the burger bar on the beach, ice cream booth near the beach, cafe just as ‘Starbucks’ to work with you laptop if you have stuff to do. - beach was very clean with many available spots to stay - garden was exceptional

- I enjoyed that if I had a complaint the customer service office and reception handled our request fast and promptly.

Many facilities ,tasty food, cleanliness, large and beautiful sandy beach

Main restaurant very crowded. Poor table service, also takes ages for the tables to be cleared. Sunbeds are occupied with towels early in the morning,although there are no people present.

Everything is great. The beach is clean and sandy .and wide.The sea is clean with worm weather and two levels for swemers . The first part of the sea is shallow, which is good for small children and non-swimmers, and the second is for swimmers. The area in front of the hotel has some shade, which is good for those who don't like sunbathing. The food is delicious. entertainment and animation is varied.

We booked a room for three adults and we got an extra bed. When we filed a complaint, we got a slightly better mattress that creaked all the time and was too short for the person sleeping on it. My husband didn't like the choice of meat, lots of chicken and little lamb, fish and doner.

All food here is perfect and even better, the staff is super friendly, big territory with a lot of activities, nice atmosphere, I am superhappy and enjoyed my stay a lot 👍👍👍

A little bit lack of cleanliness of the room: sticky handles of doors, closet, hairdryer

Third time Easter in Kamelya Selin Hotel. This time, because it was 2nd half of April, also the other hotels were open so there were more people about. Nevertheless, it did not feel too crowded. Like in previous times, we again had a wonderful vacation. Entertainment was top, great shows and animation and kids club staff wonderful. Special thanks to all of them. It's always clean everywhere. Thanks to the cleaning staff. Food and drinks were great. Thanks for the kitchen and bar staff.

I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and I had to change places sometimes because of too many smokers around the pool. As an idea, maybe designated areas for smokers and non-smokers around the pool? Rooms next to elevator are too dark and depressive. (fortunately we got another room on request)

The 3 Hotel compound is magical, many pools, playgrounds, bars, coffee shops, beautiful sandy beach. All in one closed community. The architecture is beautiful, everything is high end. We spent 6 days, and couldnt visit everything available. It is really huge and diverse. As for Selin specific, food is very diverse, and good quality, 3 or 4 pool and beach bars, several ice-cream stations, hotel room is nice, with a magnificent sea view, and was big enough for me and my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. I liked my experience. This is the fourth time in Antalya cost, yet the best. No much things to do arround the premises, for us, we didnt really need to go out.

1. Maybe staff are underpaid, because the push there selves to work. Dont expect great hospitality, just basic. 2. The hotel is huge, compared to the restaurant, many times we didn't find a place to sit, although we are still in May. 3. Beers are typical, alcoholic cocktails are very very basic, and this is NORMAL, if you need to enjoy ur drinks, get your own bottles.

The waterpark was awesome. There was entertainment every night, a show in the theater and afterwards live music. The Kamelya complex looks wonderful, some of the buildings made me feel like I was in a fairytale. Staff is very friendly. The children loved unlimited ice-cream

Bed were very hard, my back is happy to be back home. The people from the spa were getting on my nerves trying to sell hamam and massage. We ended up going to a hamam in town because of their pushy ways. Water in the shower is not consistent of temperature. Mold in the bathroom.
