We were on a family holiday for 10 days. The hotel is not big, it has a family atmosphere. The animators are nice, fantastic. There were great shows. The meals were delicious , great choice. Children are kept busy with activities all day. There is a shuttle to the sea every 15 minutes, which is sometimes very crowded and stops after 18:00 in the evening. I can recommend the hotel to everyone, even for families with children.

The shuttle to the sea was overcrowded some times. Diner time is 19:00-21:00, but the waiters start to clear tables 20:30.

Everything! Rooms, food, entertainment pool area! Staff was excellent! Bonus was the Beach Restaurant that was included!

The hotel is placed in a very good location close to the beach and a good walking distance from shops, restaurants, other entertainment. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the activities were very well-organised. Great variety of evening shows, sports and themed meals.

The staff spoke Russian and German but their English was very poor. It was difficult for them to understand our questions.

would be great if the air conditioner hang above the headboard because otherwise it blows on you and we all got a cold.

The location was about 50 mins to 1 hour from the airport which is great when travelling with children. Hotel was clean, great food options, friendly staff. Bus transfer was very frequent to the beach only a 3 minute drive or less than 10 min walk which we did a few times.

Good organization of all the processes, nice staff; Party zone is far enough away from the rooms and it is comfortable to sleep or spend time calmly here. Beautiful view of the pools and mountains from the reception area Quite wide area of the own beach (comparing to other hotels)

just like all such big hotels: crouds of people, location is away from the city

Very cool kids club. My kid was very happy (7 years old)

The rooms need updating: swollen bathroom door, streaks on the walls, audibility through the window (the rubber on the window is old)

The hotel was a good 4 star hotel. The food was very good, the entertainment team was excellent. I especially liked the game of darts :) The sea was close enough, the bus ran every 10 minutes, but we also walked.

The cocktail selection was poor :)

Pool area was very nice and staf very inspiring👍we got what we wanted with this money

So far a way from Antik Side but this is only couche😃because meny other hotel is nerebay🤔
