Excellent hotel with amazing staff. I strongly recommend! The hotel and the pool were great. The atmosphere and enterteinment was amazing and well kept by the staff. All services are high quality. Room was cleaned every day and refill for mini bar. Food and drinks were delicious and very diverse with an open bar for 24h in the hotel. Various activities held by the staff during the day at the pool: aqua gym, good music, dance, kids parties, night patries The beach is really beatifull with a nice garden and sunbeds space. As well, there is a terrace on the beach and bar where we enjoyed a fantastic a la carte night and parties. The transport to the beach is at every 5 min by a mini autocar and sea sports area is next to the beach. Bazar and mini markets non stop are next to the hotel We definetly enjoyed the time at Sunthalia and we are excited to always come back Thanks to entire staff and entertainment team for the excelent job!

The whole experience was lovely. Beautiful private beach, pool parties, entertainment and very tasty variety of food. Ice cream, cakes and what not. Sunthalia made our holiday unforgettable. Hospitality was top notch” I will book this hotel again and again :) My daughter loved it.

There is room for improvement as the bathroom doors are not properly installed, water leaks into the room. Other than that everything was superb!!

This hotel is gorgeous. The staff are All wonderful, very helpful, really committed & approachable. The beds are comfy. The spa is just so relaxing. Lots of sun bed. The beach is amazing especially if you book a pavilion on the beach. Food is really good.

We were disappointed as we had booked a jacuzzi suite with pool view. However the music around Both sides of the pool meant it was too noisy to chill & especially to sleep! We were offered a change but the room was smaller & although we had a jacuzzi it was stuck on small patio that you could just about walk alongside. Also I was quite ill & they weren't happy for hubby to bring me good as " didn't want food in the rooms" but when hubby challenged that if we paid 35euro fir same food with room service would be happy for it to be delivered to pool.

private long sand beach with palm garden and restaurant been amazing, sea with big waves been big pleasure very nice big pool, water slides, bar breakfast, lunch , dinner buffet been amazing with lot of varieties and every day you found there something new, night small buffet been nice bonus and also patisserie and lobby bar every night there was some performance on stage and party staff been very helpful

Clean, new building, good food, import alcohol(but only at the lobby). Everyday cleaning even, if you refuse.

The staff isn't helpful, doesn't speak English, unprofessional, trying to avoid serving. Spa staff asking you everyday where are you from and begging you for massages. The hotel is 1km from the beach.

There was a bung of staff that worked all the time, the food was excellent. I'll be back next year, and this time I'll spend more time there.

the hotel is brand new , not quite finished but it does not affect the stay or hotel quality . some of the staff speak little English but why should they and try their upmost to make you have a happy and comfortable stay . the animation team are amazing , kind ,friendly, helpful and great fun . the hotel is not a quiet relaxing hotel if that’s what your looking for . there is pool parties,beach parties , nightly entertainment . food in the restaurant had themed nights and had a staple of daily Turkish foods (which I enjoyed trying ) breakfast was varied . two of the restaurants are not yet finished so I can’t comment but the beach restaurant for lunch is lovely , pool bar restaurant is basic ,burger ,chips,pizza and slow at service but your on holiday so where is the rush . main restaurant for lunch is usually Turkish salads ,fruits and grilled meat or fish . a la carte restaurant you are advised upon arrival you are only allowed to eat at once during your stay (which should be advertised when you are booking as a bit misleading otherwise) but as the hotel was not fully booked or busy the hotel allowed us to eat there several times . Starbucks is available at the hotel , currently not chargeable to guests but will be (nice addition ) I’ve not stayed at 5 star hotel in turkey before but in 5 star around the world , 5 star expects a certain service and expectation , this did not give the normal 5 star experience as I do expect a little more pampering as a guest at a 5 star , however I can not fault the hotel staff for trying , I would say the hotel looks five star but is actually a 4 . it needs a good concierge who will be happy to arrange and help a bit more .

the area the hotel is in is very quiet , nothing to do or go nearby . there are a small parade of shops in walking distance of hotel that sell the usual Turkish replica items and nothing else for miles . the area looks like it is developing and will probably be busier in years to come . the beach for the hotel is actually a shuttle bus ride away which I don’t recall in the hotel description . the hotel puts on a shuttle bus every 10 mins throughout the day and evening and it is actually only 5-6 mins drive away . you are pretty much confined to the hotel for your stay unless you book excursions which was fine by us . no spy holes in the doors so when someone knocks you don’t know who it is which is odd for a large new hotel . the room bar is replaced everyday but usually at 10am and the guy knocks loudly everyday even when you have the do not disturb sign on and just walks in (slightly annoying when you’ve stayed up late at the beach party and want a lie in ) and if you happen to be getting dressed !
