some rooms can be noisy in the night because of loud music outside

We experienced the best hospitality from the staff as they were very generous and caring. Mr. Mustafa and Miss Katherina treated us very nicely and made us feel very welcomed. We made some special requests and they responded very positively to our requests.

The activities and evening performances were very dull and unamusing.

Extremely clean hotel. Staff is very friendly , the swimming pools have warm water and very clean also. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so. Rooms were so clean and nice, there are so many foods to choose from in the restaurant. We had a great family break.

At the poolbar you need more staff. Usually there is only 1 guy sometimes 3 wouldn’t be enough. Just a suggestion to make things better…

We visit the hotel on an active away tennis course and the facilities were all fantastic. We were a large group of 11, we ate in all three restaurants and used the facilities to the maximum.

The only complaint I had was that on the last day I used the salon and was charged twice as much as the advertised cost.

EVERYTHING, I loved everything. We went off-season at the beginning of May and snatched a great price for a Sun-Fri stay. From the new and luxurious facilities to the very friendly staff to the loads of delicious dining and entertainment options, this hotel has it all AND free access to the water park AND best of all, the resort has a small number of rooms meaning it doesn’t feel crowded at all. And the design of the rooms and grounds and buildings is super modern and chic and just sophisticated. And Side is a stone’s throw away, and Antalya is only an hour, so you’ll always have options. Of course, it was just lovely to sit by the water all day and drink Pina Coladas. :-) Highly recommend, for couples and families.

NOTHING, I loved everything. And if there ever was a problem, the staff was very attentive, helpful, friendly, so any problem was always taken care of.

The rooms are very low, you have to watch out for the air conditioning. average food in public restaurants. Very good food in Ala Carte restaurants but not in the basic restaurants and bar.
