We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

all inclusive and amazing, meals are served virtually all day. All of the best quality. The hotel has a pastry shop and its own café in the lobby, so guests can help themselves to whatever they want. The snacks at the pools are divine, I'll list a few. Stuffed baked potatoes, roast chicken, waffle or (best I've ever had) famous brand ice cream, pizza, kebab, etc… these snacks are served from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The breakfast is due from 07:00 to 11:00 and is super generous with many options of cheeses, hams and bread(they have their own bakery) and many different fruits. From 12:00 to 14:00 there is a delicious lunch in the main restaurant with various desserts, dinner and icing on the cake. The hotel has 4 a la carte restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Turkish and seafood. Every night there are two attractions in the amphitheater, the first for children and the second for adults, all beautiful and well planned. All staff are helpful and very patient with children they all do their best to make guests' stay amazing. Throughout the day it requires various sport games and attractions for adults and children. There are three bars around the pools, all types of drinks you can imagine and included in the price of your stay. The water park left my daughters delighted. My family and I were very happy and satisfied. Many thanks to all hotel staff.

I think that a 5 star hotel shouldn't have a store with fake products of low quality and super expensive prices, this makes the hotel lose its glamor. The SPA is very nice but I feel that all the values ​​are very obscure, in the hotel supermarket and the same thing. Turkish currency and lira but all amounts are in euros and the guest does not know if the converted amount is correct. I never receive an invoice for anything I have paid, I think that both the SPA and the supermarket extort the guest (and normal tourist price) but the Turks do everything to take advantage. So I recommend caution and care, because even taxis are priced in euros just for tourists.

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Pools are amazing. Beach in front. Food was allot of option espacially during diner. Lunch was moslty the same. You have food the whole day, when the beachbar is open. We did not use the spa, but the prices for a program were reasonable.

Bathrooms and toilets are outdated. For a 5star hotel you expect a great shower and nice working toilets. This was not the case. Some toilets espacially at the pool area were really bad. Also cleaning was sometimes during lunch or diner time when they are the crowdest. Could have been better.

Food was good. There was something different or extra on every dinner. Fresh salad and cheese selection really good. Rooms are out-dated but clean and for this price i won't complain. Nice pig pool area. Minibuses to Manavgat and Side went near the hotel and quite often. Good value for this price.

It was impossible to find a free sunbed after lunch. No bacon on breakfast.
