I liked everything about Labranda, it was my first time and looking forward to my next Holliday there. The staff is so exceptional with his hospitality, politeness, smiles, the food many varieties to please everyone, the chef, all the managers and assistants from the cleaning staff to the highest manager were caring about every tourist, our needs, our safety and well-being. The entertainment was so cool, different group every night and many activities for all ages during the day. And above all it is most of the most clean hotel I have ever visited❤️

Sometimes we can smell cigarets in the corridors, certainly from the tourist and not the stuff.

The hotel itself is quite good. The cuisine is diverse, with plenty of vegetables, cheeses, and a wide selection of freshly prepared meats. Salads, beverages, and everything else were excellent. The cleaning in the rooms was good, with no complaints there. All beverages are freely available, and you can have drinks in several places. The beach is nearby, well-maintained, and there is also a bar and snack bar there. There is a shuttle to the beach, but honestly, I don’t see the need for it, as it’s only an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The staff, in general, were friendly and courteous. Overall, the impressions are positive.

Unfortunately, the hotel’s design is outdated, and a renovation is needed. The room shown on Booking.com was from a renovated section, but we were given a room in an additional building that was definitely outdated. The lighting in the rooms was catastrophically bad, resembling hospital lighting. It would be preferable to have daylight-effect lighting, but instead, the rooms are very dark with cold-colored lighting. Unfortunately, one employee named Salım, who works as the night manager, ruined some of our experience with his actions. Salım behaved unkindly and strictly followed the rules in an inflexible manner, which was unpleasant, especially considering the fee for my small dog’s presence. His double standards and attitude were particularly disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was a delightful culinary experience, and our room was spotlessly clean. We also want to mention the beach bar, which was not only convenient but also staffed with a friendly and efficient team. The entertainment program was a highlight of our stay. Your team of animators deserves special recognition for their exceptional enthusiasm and creativity. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Their energy and dedication truly made our stay bright and fun. We can't wait to come back!

The staff in all departments were exceptional and went the extra mile when consulted. The hotel is clean and the varirty of food suited me perfectly. Lots of entertainment and lovely pool facilitied. There is a regular shuttle bus to the beach and it tuns very regularly. The beach is easily reached if you fancy a walk. It is not far from the hotel and it has a well served snack bar.

There was nothing to dislike even after 10 days.

Enchanting milieu in the green zone of Side (Sorgun), cordial, friendly and helpful staff, pleasurable pool with good size and depth and its water was always clear, the room was cleaned on daily basis, the bed linen was changed several times to fresh one and the towels every single day, variety of foods, great dishes, rich supply, amazing seaside, mini coach service from the hotel to the beach.

Room size could be bigger, the operation of the elevator was a bit crazy and it's slow, quality of drinks in the bar could be better, lactose free milk was available only in the morning during breakfast time. Centre of Side is a bit far, but the lot of plants & flowers compensated us. One dish was missing for us from the menu, which is really great at summer time, the cold fruit soup.

Great value for money, staff is very welcoming and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable, wide selection in breakfast, lunch and dinner, also snacks and juices available for guests. Staff is cheerful and accommodated our requests. Special thanks to Mr Umit for all his hospitality and concern. Ample Facilities and amenities provided for guests to ensure a fun filled, relaxing and memorable stay. Icing on the cake is Location. It is beautifully surrounded by trees with mesmerising Lake at a walking distance. They provide shuttle service to the beach. From toddlers to kids to young to old everyone can enjoy here.

There should be bidets in toilets.

I loved the team in that hotel. I would like to mention the whole animation team, they were doing an amazing job, the guys on the hotel and beach bars, the whole chefs team, the people on the beach that were so helpful and extremely hard working. The rooms were so clean and fresh. The people that were taking care of the cleaning were doing an amazing job, everything was spotless.

The only down side was there was not a big choice of drinks on the beach bar.

Clean, nice food with varieties , friendly staff, big pool, beach is less than 10 min walk with free shuttle service, Beach is clean with food services (snack, lunch). They also have daily barber with reasonable prices. The room was spacious with balcony, quiet. Lots of food with no waiting time.

Dessert

The all inclusive was delicious! It was so amazing and I loved the different cuisines every night. The entertainment for children was really good, the pools were well looked after and the children’s pool was also safe and good size. The staff are super friendly and it was honestly worth the money.

Nice beach, simple and comfortable rooms equipped with everything that is necessary, beautiful hotel environment, great evening shows and amazing food!

Not a bad thing, just an advice: Lobby could have nicer sofas that match the hotel design a bit better.
