The hotel provides a calm and friendly environment for families with kids. There is a lot of happening for kids - ateliers, kids disco, kids pool etc. The restaurant provides a wide choice of dishes, lots of salads, always a selection of meat / fish / poultry. Coffee bar is lovely, cocktails are fine. There is wi fi at the beach. We loved every day of our stay. The spa offers excellent massages.

As a Turkish family visiting from the UK, our experience at the hotel was exceptionally positive. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they accommodated us in our room immediately despite our early arrival and allowed us to use the hotel's facilities before the official check-in time. The food options were diverse and tasty; we particularly enjoyed the Turkish dishes like tantuni, meat döner, and içli köfte, which satisfied our longing. The beverages were of high quality; there were three different beer brands (Efes, Becks, Bomonti) available, and the minibars were stocked with sealed beverages. Despite it being the holiday season, the hotel was well-staffed, and we experienced no overcrowding or delays. The staff's genuine enjoyment of their work made our holiday unforgettable. It was surprising to see a lifeguard even at the children’s pool, which was only about 30 cm deep. The children’s animation team consisted of eight ( maybe More ) wonderful and friendly instructors who organised different activities daily. Although my child is usually shy, the animators patiently made an effort to make her feel valued. For the first time in my life, I am considering revisiting an establishment.

Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel! It's just a paradise for parents with younger kids ! They have everything you need to rest because kids will be entertained and happy means parents will be as well:)) The room was nice and well maintained, the hotel is very clean, food was tasty, staff was friendly and very helpful! When I was checking reviews on this hotel, I saw a couple of negative ones that made me concerned , but in the end, I never noticed anything negative during our stay. We had 3 kids with us 5, 3.5 and 2.5 years old - they all had sa lot of fun. The kids' club accepts kids from 2 years old, so you can also leave a kid for 2 hours and enjoy a bit of sun. In most hotels, it works with kids from 4 years old. I think you can't find a better hotel for such a good value for money:)

We had two large rooms with a balcony, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, everything was just perfect for this price👌 Frendly and helpful staff, good food, very beautiful and green territory, a lot activities for our kids🤩 Clean and beautiful beach. Highly recommend!☀️

In this hotel love for kids is everywhere ! All is done to make them happy and well cared. Special restoran for kids where all fits their height so they can pick food by their own. Entertainment team is great , especially girls in a kids club, they created a strongly positive atmosphere , our daughters liked them a lot and activities they provided . The clawn Mustafa is so funny and had a special approach to kids and adults:) We have enjoyd awsome night shows which were in a high quality especially magic shows. Smiley service crew were nice and polite and helped or advised with every our question. Plenty of sunbeds and nice pools not very deep 140 cm and 3 kids pools . Beach is well organized and clean. There is also a romantic lake just outside the hotel , very nice to have a walk there at evenings. Our flight was at night and hotel team allowed us to spend the rest of the hours in hotel after check out and enjoy all their facilities. When we needed a shower before we left , they generously provided us with a special room where we could prepare ourselves for the journey back home.

There were lots of food , but it was regular and nothing "touchi" or special , somehow even repetitive in most cases . Desserts looked very beautiful and attractive , but stale. Considered to the price paid we were not expecting to have delicateses for launch and dinner , but still could be nice if the choice of food would be more attractive and tasty. Still the hotel is a great value for money paid.

Location was good: it was close to the beach(walking distance), but also the Side ancient city(15 min by car) and Manavgat waterfall (15min by car). Meals were very good, above expectations, with a large choice of food and desserts. There was a kids corner in the restaurant and even our picky kids found something to their taste. The room was ok, but below my expectations for a 5 star hotel. (Bring your shampoo and hair conditioner) The stuff was kind and helpful. Lots of swimming pools, extra facilities and entertainment options: But the shows were at a late hour, as kids go to sleep at that hour, we couldn't join.

It is a pity the amount of little plastic bottles wasted for water. And they were never cold.. I wish there were cold water machines instead of small plastic water bottles. Airco was a home style airco, it worked well but it was too loud to sleep with. And as we came when it was making 42 degrees, first nights were painful to sleep.

The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The entertainment team is very sleepy.

Child minding facility for under 4years was available. Lots of kids activities keeping the kids busy throughout the day. Possible to Access to beach via shuttle as well as walk. Food was available throughout the day and late night. Entertainment team was excellent.

Absolutely comfortable and beautiful place to stay with the kids. All the entertainment is there, water park, kids playground, shows, kids food, bottomless ice-cream, fruit etc. The staff is very helpful and hardworking. There is always enough space everywhere (tables, sunbeds etc). Very well planned and run hotel. Special thanks to the lady who is cooking gozleme and to the man looking after and helping with everything on the beach - they are great and very helpful. No complaints about the place, all very positive, would definitely come again

Everything was amazing, starting from check-in until the check-out. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Relax pool staff : Lokman was making all visitors relax and fun while doing his job. Food, beach, poolside activities, live music were perfect. By the way, hotel has It's own beach in 2-3 minutes by hotel shattle bus every half an hour where also visitors can freely use beach bar, relax and swim, But little deep and vavy for small children, for adults is perfect. Near the hotel, many restorants and shops. There shopping Nova mall, Side beach, Side historic center, Amphiteatre and musium in 15-20 minutes from the hotel by bus just for 1 EUR for person ( children under 6 is free ). Overall, we liked our stay. That was not my first 5* hotel visit, but this one is most organised amoung of all. Thanks to all stall from stajeurs to high management.

Beach was not suitable for small children. Little deep and was vavy during our stay. But, there are Side beach in 15 minutes. Also hotel pools are amasing
