1. clean rooms with good design and comfortable chairs 2. free Starbucks tickets for welcoming is so nice 3. bartenders and workers so friendly staff

1. no towel desk on the beach 2. no enough tables and chairs in lobby for night activities, so many people stay out or back to rooms 3. lost room card fees isn’t valid way in resort 5 stars, it’s old fashioned and so rude towards guests.

low quality drinks which was not available (monkey 47, bombay, tanquery, whitley neil, glenmorange, maccalan 12) Tangury, Bombay and another good quality drink you have, but not free, improve your alcohol level

I like evening reception staff Arif , Ahmet also student staff they helped me for all

Your staff was excellent and more than helpful. The room was large with a beautiful view of the sea. The food was more than plenty

Very friendly and helpful Turkish staff, huge choice of food and drinks. Part of outdoor pool with heated water.

Very unfriendly Russian staff especially Tatiana from recepction she should not deal with customers as she is rude and unhelpful. Another thing I did not liked was no air condition in the rooms in November (outside was still 25 degrees) and rooms with pool/see view were like sauna. Rooms on the river side have very unpleasent noise all day and all night coming from air con units located underneath. Mattresess a bit too hard. Cleaners could do better with glass doors and windows as were marks left by the previous guests.

Location.

First of all it started with reception. As like 5 star hotel it is dissapointing to have only one receptionist and guests are waiting. Interior of the rooms were okay but cleaning not. There were ants everywhere around the water heater and cups. Room cleaning services are not satisfying. You are opening your light for cleaning but you have to wait couple days for your room to be cleaned. Top of that we have poisoned from the food because that section is not clean at all also. Every day you can see the same food with no quality. Entertainment was not satisfying also. Every day same as like the day before. Also the hours of entertainment is kinda bit strange. Some of the staff are not friendly at all. Quality of drinks is not good also. A small advice please do not drink smt includes milk. Bar area around sea side is also not worth it. Air conditioning at restaurant area is leaking all the time. “Starbucks” as they mention with a free drink is a huge scam. If you have car, do not clean your car before going to hotel because your car will drown with dust at car parking area. We did not face but some guests facing wth the issue like “not having enough space at hotel” and they had to be transffered to another hotel for couple of days.

Pool

I was shocked with the service level! I stayed before in more than 5 hotels in Antalya, but this is the worst experience I've had. I have seen the most rude reception employee in my life in this hotel called ARIF. By the way only the rooms are air conditioned. Everywhere else is extremely hot. When I asked they told we dont have AC in corridors and lobby! You can imagine August! I dont recommend this hotel for anyone.
