The hotel is comfortable, and very large. The hotel is very clean, the pool and area are too. Food - bravo! Every day there are new dishes, the choice is limitless, meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, salads, and desserts. The water park is also great. Evening shows are great! We didn't want to leave.

We got a two-room suite instead of a standard one, but apparently no one had lived there for a long time and there was a damp smell in the room. We didn't change it because we were almost never there.

Facilities, territory is large and good cared, food available almost permanently, nice entertainment for kids of all ages, aquapark is great. Restaurant offered a.wide variety of different food. Turkish ice-cream was delicious!

Cleaning was not nice. The maid never used vacuum cleaner, so some sand was crunching under the legs permanently. Never washed any glasses, never took any dirty dishes away. And she was cleaning the room once in 3 days, and only if we will live a sign to clean the room. After we left our concerns at lobby, she cleaned it nice way twice. This was.it, while we.stayed there for 2 weeks. And the hotel was crowded all the time. No empty spaces near the swimming pools, no spaces.near the sea. Thai food restaurant just awful. If you tried really good sushi, I would.not recommend to visit this place. They have no clue how Japanese food.must taste.

The hotel is really nice. The territory is green and looks like a park. The buildings are not very high, so it was felt like in a country club. I really liked the atmosphere. There is a lot of place on the beach - just two rows of loungers and it is always possible to find free ones. The good tennis tables are also mention worth!

The single point I didn't like: charges for Wi-Fi. I think it's outdated nowadays. You have unlimited food and drinks but have to pay extra for the internet access...

There was a good selection of food and 3 al a carte restaurants which you can go to all 3 in a one week stay but book early. the Asian was lovely, huge pool and waterpark. also visited Side to the buffalo steak house, contact them through Facebook for a free pick up and drop off. definitely worth a visit

The pool was either 30cm deep or 150cm deep and we feel this needed to be 120cm so kids could move freely around the pool which was massive. bedding could have been cleaner and AC was quite an old system so didn't get that cold.

Hotel has so many activities. They also has a kindergarten for kids. My daughter loved her teacher. They also has yoga class, dance class even they had a archery class. Kids were so happy. They even has a icecream & potate boutique. Foods are speechless. You can enjoy all activities for free. They have a kids theatre in nights.

They has a taxi station in front of hotel. Taxi drivers are only accepts euro or usd. They refused to start taximeter. So I asked hotel reception for a call normal taxi for us /which you can always ask Turkish hotels/. But they said no we can't call a taxi for you. Also hotel has a so many markets, but they were quite expensive comparing to other markets in Turkey. If you go to nearest mall, like 3km away you can find anything you want including pool games and pool clothes 2 or 3 time cheaper.

The swimming pool area was a highlight, offering a great main pool and a variety of water slides that were thrilling for both adults and kids alike. The multiple kids' pools and smaller water slides were a huge hit with our little ones—they couldn't get enough! One of the standout features of this resort was the Kids Club. The staff there were exceptional, making our children feel welcome and engaged throughout our stay. The activities were well-organized, and our kids had a blast every day. The food at the resort was really good. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide array of delicious options. The kids' buffet was particularly remarkable, with plenty of child-friendly choices that even our picky eaters enjoyed. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, great food, and outstanding staff made our stay a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Saw a couple of people even smoking at kids pool area despite specific signs of no smoking. Moreover you can see people smoking at various places including at sunbeds around pools. I would recommend smoking should only be allowed at designated areas only, and staff should specifically check and ensure people are not smoking, especially at or around kids pool area.

Food was great at all restaurants. Kids loved all of the different slides, the mini disco, shows and the kids club. We enjoyed a Turkish Bath, the beach and outdoor gym facilities. This is our 2nd visit to this hotel and it exceeded our expectations as it's improved since our last visit. Great for families, we'll definitely return again some day.

I think it's time to remove the screens in the buffet restaurant. I know it was a covid measure but it makes like difficult for the staff who have to cook and serve food

The facilities and services were really good. The hotel was fully occupied the last 4 days and the buffet restaurant was too busy . Need another buffet restaurant to ease the pressure. Drinks and food very Good.
