The Kaya Side vacation was amazing! The beach is really nice, but it'fully occupied on Sunday since early morning. The food and menu of the main restaurant has great variety and is always fresh and delicious =) The staff team is really professional, polite and respectful =) Thanks for the pro approach! The restaurants are pretty coo, but the host of the Greek restaurant is rather rude actually and even forgot to add our booking despite we did it personally to the same lady... The superior room with the lake view and balcony was fantastic! All is weel 4.8 of 5!

Our room was 43 square meters, it was enough for many people, even though we had only 2 adults and one toddler. When we arrived, a baby cot was already installed. We had a pleasant surprise twice. First, just after we arrived, we got a gift from the hotel - wine, fruit, and some sweets. Another time, when I had a birthday, they provided us with another gift again - wine, fruit, and some sweets. The restaurant has so much food - plenty of choice, you can try different dishes almost every day. All the dishes from lamb were amazing! The beach is clean and tidy.

Sometimes events planning was weird, e.g. Octoberfest party starts at 12:30 and ends at 15:00... Why? And of course there are no tents or places to hide when there is +30C outside. And maybe have two kinds of beer - normal and craft? SPA is very expensive.

All in all, we liked our stay at Kaya Side. The staff was friendly and spoke several languages (at least Turkish, English, German and Russian). The instructions provided on the premises were also in these languages. Early check-in was possible (upon availability). The rooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay (incl. dental kit, shaving kit, bathrobes etc). Beach towels were provided at SPA and changed every day. In general, the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The food was plenty and very well cooked. The fruit selection (peaches, water melon, even sometimes figs etc) was really good and its taste amazing! The beach is mostly sandy with pebbles close to the water. Within 1,5-2m from the beach it gets deep. in the middle/ 2nd half of August, the water was warm and pleasant to swim in. We saw water sports facilities nearby (parasailing, jet ski etc). Sun loungers were comfortable. Early check-out (we had to leave at 5:30 am due to an early flight) was no problem. We were even provided with lunch packages, for we couldn't have breakfast on that day. Thank you very much!

- During our stay, the hotel was fully booked. During breakfast and lunch, there was no problem to find a place since there was either a larger time slot to have a meal (breakfast) or more space/ opportunities to have a lunch/ snack. At dinner, it was a bit chaotic. Once you've had a table though, it was fine. - The selection of wines could have been better. - The smell in the rooms (might be due to air conditioning; once we switched it off, it was fine).

the superior rooms were beautiful and big, main restaurant had a good variety everyday and the Al La Carte Restaurant was amazing, they are not shy with the alcohol here! Staff are so wonderful they treated my daughter and my mum and I so well. can’t wait to come back with the rest of the family. Ps you can get a bus from Antalya to Manavgat and then there’s minibuses that stop by all the resorts, that journey costed 80Lira Pp around €3.70.

I wish they encourage people to get into the swimming pools more but even then it was all amazing

Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!

If I really had to find something I would say they could have tissues in the rooms. The hotel next door is playing very loud music throughout the night but that didn't bother as much.

Good hotel for what we paid, the stuff was very nice, the food was good, the beach is clean and sandy. Some good à la carte restaurant options if you want to change from the buffet. There is a bar next to beach so always easy to get refreshments. They have tennis courts, beach volleyball, other water sports, so overall many things to do during the day. Overall, we had a good stay!

A bit too many families with kids for my taste, gets a bit loud.

One of the best price/value hotel we have ever been. Great location, private beach with sunbeds always available. The staff were always helpful and kind. Food was great and the main restaurant was big enough to enjoy the dinner without a crowd.

The hotel building is a little bit old and a renovation would make it perfectly 10/10. Some outside restrooms were not properly cleaned
