Food is great, lots of choice and very tasty, fresh prepared every day. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Personel is polite and animation team very fun. Pools are clean and big enough, waterpark great for kids and adults :) Service is very good and we were satisfied with this choice.

Most of personel speaks only Turkish and Russian and sometimes is hard to communicate with them. Beach is not in front of the hotel but it is not very far to walk or you can wait for their "car" to drive you ... Beach bar closes at 6 pm and in the summer that is the best time to come to the beach so maybe that should change

The guest name: Wassem sarsur First of all I was in this fantastic hotel between the 9.7.23 -14.7.23 . I visited anatalya many times and I enjoyed a lot in each time.Amara Family resort was different than other hotels. I had two rooms one for couple of adults and one for my children...the rooms were so big and equiped by all the facilities that any visitor need.the quality of the food was more than great.the pools and the aqua park was unbelievable..the spa was wooooow...in the second day there was a problem with the door of the porch of the room. I went to the reception and then a man from guest relation saw me there. His name was "khalid" and he was the manager of the guest relation..he asked me to sit in his office and listen to my problem carefully and fixed it immediately.. Realy I was shocked by the great treat for my issue . After that they always asked me if everything is as i wish...for sure i will return to this hotel especially because of this manager who gave the feeling that i not ordinary guest... We stayed in the resort (the hotel) for 6 nights and 7 days. No doubt it was an extraordinary experience. We enjoyed all the wonderful services speaking of the 3 main meals, food, drinks, and all day snacks such as ice cream, cocktails, pancakes and waffles. We had a suita room for a relatively cheap price. The room was very clean and tidy, the housekeepers were very nice. Concerning the lobbyists, they treated us nicely, especially Miss Seda and Mr. Sehmus. Seda checked on us throughout our stay at the hotel and sometimes even helped me take care of my little babied. As a mother of 4 , I highly recommend this hotel as it is suitable and comfortable for families, as the guests in the hotel receive wonderful and respectful treatment. All respect !

I would like to thank Amara Family resort and each of their staff for the amazing time that they have furnished for my family during our stay with them. Each member of my family has left your hotel with full satisfaction and a desire to return back to your resort. Amara deserves full score in all catigories, starting from extremely friendly staff, very dedicated operations manager (Mr. Khalet), who was everywhere in the resort and on the top of everything, the customer relationship team, (especially Ms. Sevara), who took care of us and made us feel like at home, receptionists, restaurants staff, Cafe staff, ... The facilities, food, beverages, entertainment, and everything was perfect. Definitely, Amara will be my next distinction whenever will decide to return back to Antalya, and will be the address recommended to all my friends. Excellent value for spent money. Honestly, the extreme care we received from all Amara staff, made us see only positive things, so I cannot mention any negative things there.

The hotel and the staff were great, really looked after our needs. Clean rooms, very good entertainment for all the family, really good spa facilities. Although a shirt walk to the beach, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which helps in the heat. I would happily come back again with the family

The gym is a little outdated and could have more modern equipment, and possibly have more veg options when it comes to food choices (we didn't go hungry, but it got a bit repetitive)

This is a great hotel for families and i would definitely come back. There are 3 pools + 1 indoor pool, main one with activities, relax one for 13+ and a water-park with "toddler" zone and 5 big water slides that we could go over and over all day, my 5 year-old couldn't stop going over them. Next to each activity zone there are multiple snack bars where you can get snacks like hamburger, pizza, wraps, nuggets, etc... and ofc some beer and cocktails for the adults. this of course is in addition to the 3 meals a day in the main dining room which has a vast array of different foods and a grill area with really nice food. The staff is really nice and make you feel as if they really enjoy making your holiday, performing activities and tailoring your needs + every night there is a different show which is really nice and refreshing. the spa is also nice with good prices.

It was really nice overall, some snack bars only have beers and not cocktails which makes you walk a bit further. also note that the la-carte restaurants need to reserve one day in advance since you order a specific menu.

Due to loud noises from next door via the connecting door we requested room change. Surprised that they upgraded us to a bigger room. Prompt & attentive service in the restaurants and bars. Welcome fruit plate and a small bottle of red wine

Gym with limited and outdated equipment but functional. Limited ice cream variety. Most ice cream are the coloured ice for kids Beach is about 10 min walk away, and stoney.

Good food, nice stuff, comfortable rooms with good noise isolation. Good for its money.

Weird rules with beach towels is the most annoying things - replace only once a day and if you drop it you'll never get new one till the next day.

Spa was too small but with very good service and massage. A la carte service and food was really bad, we waited for every dish very long and some dishes we recieved were not what we ordered at all, including main dishes. And some of the dishes that were in the menu we just haven't received. Moreover the meat for the main dish wasn't eatable. Finally we finished the dinner still hungry but the regular dinner in the main restaurant already ended, so we just were needed to look for some food after it.
