Our vacation was a success. The room had, as we requested, a wonderful view(sideview) of the sea. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere. It was cleaned daily, with clean sheets and towels. The staff do their job well, and they are happy even with just a small tip. There is a large selection of food and the drinks where ultra-allinclusive. I recomand trying the oven banked potatoes with filling, in the restaurant called Oliva. Here on every lunch they grill chicken, fish and sheep, on a pleasant terrace near the sea.

Although children have 3 seperate pools just for them, they are allowed to enter in the adult pool.

This hotel is great value for money. It was very clean and staff made up our room everyday as well as restocking our mini fridge. There are plenty of food options and the drinks menu is really good as well. Plenty of sun loungers so no rushing to get to a sun lounger in the morning. There were also so many features which made it great for my toddler too such as a shallow baby pool near sun loungers and wooden decking to the sun loungers on the beach which made it really easy to take a pram to the beach without dragging it through the sand. The beach is connected to the hotel so makes beach days really easy. The kids club is great and offers lots of activities everyday. The entertainment is also good with a disco every night for children as well. The outside seating at the restaurant was always really quiet and has lovely views. The staff are all really attentive and happy to help with anything. We booked some excursions through a rep at the hotel which were also reasonably priced. I tried the hair salon which did an amazing job and was definitely worth the money with very reasonable pricing.

The rooms were spacious and mostly clean. The buffet offered a good variety of food, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor areas and restrooms were kept clean despite the large number of guests, which was impressive. The beach, pool, and restaurants were conveniently located close to each other. Furkan at the pool bar made excellent cocktails — he would be even more valuable on the night shift, when drink service matters most. The children’s mini disco had great music and was a real highlight for families. Rose from the animation team was also very kind and attentive during the day.

Evening entertainment was limited and ended too early. Daytime animation activities could be improved and made more engaging. There were occasional lapses in room cleaning, and pool bar staff were sometimes slow, especially night time and with children. Some lack of coordination among staff was noticeable but didn’t seriously affect the experience.

Fantastic, all-inclusive resort in Belek. You have a choice of the beach or the pool but as many resorts with significant European guests, you find that they drape a towel over a sun lounge to reserve it and the disappear for the day. Food and drinks included, and the choice of foods was excellent. Drinks of all sorts start at about 10.00am and continue all day. Staff and very outgoing and friendly.

Whilst the resort is all inclusive, there is not much in the area to walk to.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful from check in with a smile, to the housekeeping and cleaning staff, to the staff working on the bars, restaurants and entertainment. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay.

One of the neighbouring hotels (I think it is called Crystal) plays music ridiculously loud until very late at night - I could hear it above the music of our own hotel and could hear it at midnight in our hotel room when we were trying to sleep even with the door closed

I absolutely loved your animation team Vacations are all about the animations and fun and Recep and Furkan were For sure amazing at that Because of them we didn’t wanna leave the resort I have never met animators that are from the heart, sincere lovely, caring, and real , fun And they go above and beyond to make You happy And also staff in the main restaurant were so friendly and caring as well This hotel was maybe not the most Luxurious hotel I have ever stayed but definitely the most sincere friendly happy and cozy place

Your Front desk people in the lobby need to be little bit more helpful, Friendly and caring With the room Options And attitude Your food quality could be better And your customers service could be more personable and engaging

Hotel was nice and hotel staff was pleasant , variety of delicious food , entertainment, restaurants, good massage at hotels SPA, good beach, warm sea. Everything that you need is near.

Medical service is not good enough. Nurses at the hotel (from Anatolia hospital) doesn't speak English, only Turkish ,Google translate is not enough to understand each other especially in emergency situations. we had to contact several times. the first time we were told to pay even though we had insurance but they demanded payment. Anatolia hospital told that our insurance doesn't cooperate with them and that was lie. although the second time I was able to prove that our insurance company cooperates with them. very rude menegment staff at the Anatolia hospital. especially the manager, a dark-haired woman, middle-aged. it seemed that she was deliberately delaying time so as not to help us in a life-threatening situation. Cynically . I hope the hotel will improve medical service.

At the reception guy named ILKIN , BAHTIYAR they were really well trained and professional. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Thank you to the cleaner girl Zeynep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable , also kids were enjoyed , each day different exciting shows , our holiday was an amazing holiday ever thank you so much guys 🙏

Nice hotel. Decent food and service. Good internet. Clean.

Some rooms need renovation, especially windows - we heard everything that was happening outside even with closed windows. It is allowed to smoke everywhere outside: pool, beach, terrace, etc. It’s probably not about this specific hotel though, but about the location in general.

Great location next to the beach

The food is recurring day after day No variety for kids. We didi not have a BBQ meals compared with other places. The indoor swimming pool is cold cannot swim in it. Kids club needs to be more updated.
