Overall, I highly recommend Megasaray for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable hotel experience especially for a families, can't wait to return! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff especially Ms. Gamza The room ( swim up room ) exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The hotel's location is also fantastic, conveniently situated near (The land of legends) There were many types of delicious food, sweets, and drinks! I will back again soon.

The food had the most variety from the 3 similar hotels we've been to in the area. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a personal assistant assigned to us who was always there to help. They have all kinds of sports, and the territory is very nice looking.

The building itself is old. Unimpressive in design. Doesn't look like the awesome place that it actually is. If visuals are important to you, the first impression might not be that great.

The food , main restaurant, snack bars & pool bar , was extremely sensational. Wide variety of cuisine, with different items everyday , meeting all tastes, even kids loved the whole selection. The entertainment team was our best part of the vacation , big thanks to them for their efforts , smiles & friendly attitude all day . Pool cleanliness was perfect.

pool side bathrooms needs to be cleaned, & supervised more often, as we found them out of service & sometimes lacking hygiene more than a couple of times. Air conditioning at the lobby, restaurant & rooms need to be cooler especially during hot days

The beach, nice views in the mornings and evenings, tennis courts and gear for free (included in the price), indoor and outdoor pools, food is 4*, stuff provided us the room far away from the noisy area with shows, very friendly and helpful personnel. Good-bye gifts (T-shirt and some merch) from the hotel. Variety of wild birds and even turtles!

Quality of cocktails (better not to take even 1 :-( => head ache guaranteed), location is a bit far from anywhere, the only way to go to the city is a taxi (100$ round-trip) or regular bus (1.5h one way) => rent a car is cheaper a solution if you want to go to the Antalya's downtown, etc. Some construction works on the beach but might be fixed soon.

Staff were excellent in all areas. Their service was over and above and very friendly and helpful. The buffet in the Mega restaurant was very good, with a selection of regional and non regional dishes - all very good. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in March which was slightly out of season (even though the Hotel was busy with Tennis Tournament guests), so the A La carte restaurants were not all open as well as the Pools and other swimming areas were not open to use. The Hotel is rather remote, so unless you have a car, there is no-where to walk to or other restaurants outside to eat in. The Hotel is predominantly a Sports Hotel which is fantastic for the sportsmen and women. Would have been nice to dine around the restaurants within the Hotel, and when we could (only twice), we had to pay extra for the privilege.

We enjoyed the off-season vibe, with a wide variety of food, especially fresh and delicious strawberries. The staff was generally nice and hard-working, except, perhaps, for the entertainment team.

I suggest reducing the size of the entertainment team during off-season and possibly replacing them with a team of cleaners to ensure the beach remains clean from little plastic bottles.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The kids’ shows and activities were excellent, and the number and size of the swimming pools were really impressive. Breakfast and lunch were great, but I feel dinner could use some improvement. I did face an issue with the air conditioning for the first two days, but the hotel team followed up well and managed to fix it. Customer service in general was amazing, with very good follow-up throughout my stay. i would come back again to Megasaray.

I had one disappointing experience with the reception. I requested help to collect my luggage after checkout, but even after 20 minutes no one came. When I followed up, the reception manager (Dyalda) told her employee to tell me, “either you wait, or you go pick up your luggage yourself.” That response unfortunately left a negative impression and affected the otherwise excellent guest relationship service. This negative incident was only from one person and does not reflect the efforts of the whole team in Megasaray.

The room, the views, the beach and pools, the food was very good and very nice activities. I general the resort is very nice for families, couples, and groups, very recommended.

The person in charge at the Spa, did not explained what was available for guests free of charge and only focused on selling massages.

- good services, very nice and helpful staff, we had a malfunction with the AC on the first day, they fixed next morning, no problems afterwards - large resort with plenty to do, great for children - good food, but with little variation (only a few dishes got switched during our 7 night stay - room was large enough for a family of 3 with plenty of storage

- minifridge didn’t cool enough even though it was on max - water in the pools was too warm (32 degrees C) when outside temperature was 33, couldn’t cool off, felt like being in a bowl of soup - evening entertainment was a bit loud but not unbearable with the balcony door shut
